Talk, and walk - chapter 2

It was early in the morning when webby woke up the next day, webby went downstairs and into the kitchen, she went, webby then saw the boys eating breakfast "good morning" webby said sounding tired she also looked drowsy.

The boys responded "good morning" they said in unison, Webby then sits down at the table with everyone else, "hey webs you okay?" Louie said concerned a little "ya why wouldn't I be?" webby said confused, Louie looked up and down at her and explained "it looks like you haven't slept in days"
Webby then confesses that she didn't get much sleep "why?" Huey asked wanting her to tell them why she didn't sleep a lot of sleep "stayed up thinking" webby mumbled "thinking about what?" Dewey says.

Webby then shakes her head no "you guys ask a lot of questions" she then finishes her breakfast and gets up, and leaves the table, and went to her room she was still trying to figure out a way to talk to Lena this is going to be impossible. Webby wanted to hang out with Lena, just Lena. But She knew that she would stutter, she then thought i just have to talk to her like a normal individual webby's phone started to ring she than took out her phone and saw who it was, Lena Sabrewing. She felt her heart stop, webby answered the phone "hello" webby said happily "hey pink, you wanna hang out today?" webby wanted to scream YES "sure" but she said it casually "okay let's hang out at the park," Lena told webby "ya- okay meet you there, " "bye" webby added "bye," Lena said the same thing, webby then hung up "yes" webby whispered happily.

1 hour later webby walked to the park and saw Lena, she then ran up to her and hugged her right and then let go "so what do you want to to do?" webby said cheerfully "just talk, and walk around the park," Lena said, they both already started to walk "okay, we can do that" webby said with a big smile on her face that's a beautiful smile Lena thought, webby noticed Lena looking at her "what are you looking at?" she said still smiling "you" Lena simply tells her "do I have something on my face" webby put her hand on her beak and a giggle escaped her beak "no but you have a beautiful smile," Lena said out loud webby blushed "T-thank you" webby then asked "i never asked this when you slept over, so tell me now, how is your family doing" they continued to walk on the sidewalk "they are doing really good, but violet can be pretty annoying sometimesmes" Lena confessed, chuckling "how so?" webby asked "all she talks about is magic and nerd stuff also she ate my chips yesterday," Lena said, webby laughed "my turn to ask questions," Lena told webby "go ahead!" webby confirmed, "what do you want to be when you grow up," Lena asked her "honestly I want to be a spy" she responded "that's it" " a spy?" Lena added "well I mean I don't know," webby said unsure she then said, " how about you" "what do you want to be" webby added.

Lena simply says, "same here, I don't know" they both laughed "so we both don't know what we're going to be when we grow up" "we don't have to worry about this though, we can make that decision when we're a little older your only 15 and I'm 14," webby says, Lena just chuckles "I guess your right," she says "I'm always right," webby tells Lena "sure keep telling yourself that".

The whole 2 hours, yes. 2 hours they just talked and sat down on a bench, webby's phone started ringing during there conversation it was her grandmother "it's my granny" she said and answered the phone "yes i'm okay. I'm at the park. With Lena. Sorry I forgot. Okay I'll go home" Lena smiled and said, "let me guess, you forgot to tell her you were going to the park".

Webby nodded "you went me to take you it's a little dark" Lena said "yea sure" webby said very excitedly
They both got up and started walking to the mansion "pink you look tired" Lena says "Oh I didn't get much sleep last night" webby explains, suddenly she was lifted up and carried, Lena carried her "you are so light, pink" Lena tells webby "what are you doing?" webby says laughing "carrying you"
Webby's started blushing, webby swiftly tucked her face into the crook of her neck, then Lena started blushing she was lucky webby didn't see it.

Lena and webby Both wanted to stay like this, felt warm, and comfortable, but of course, they didn't say it out loud, they felt that it was too embarrassing to say out loud so they didn't say it, sooner or later they arrived at the gate of the mansion and Lena didn't want to let go of webby but she had to "we're here" Lena said putting webby on the floor, webby said, "bye" and hugged her Lena also did the same thing, they both waved goodbye.

Webby pressed the intercon "hello" the mystery person said "uncle Scrooge it's me, webby. let me in" webby said "webbigail, what in blazes are ye doing outside, it's dark!?" he confused "let me in" the gate opened webby then ran to the mansion and opened the door, she saw the boys right in front of her she jumped "where we're you?!" Dewey demanding for an answer "ya listen to what he says" Louie "I was just at the park with Lena" webby tells them "why didn't you tell us" Huey says "I forgot, now I'm going to my room" she then ran to her room "she opened her room door and quietly closed it.

She then started to squealed she was happy that she didn't act like a total idiot when she was hanging out with Lena, she was proud of herself for not stuttering
She put her pajamas on and went to bed peacefully with a big smile on her face.
