~a month later~
Hyunjin and I finally found the time to go out on a date!
"Hey! Are you ready?" Hyunjin screamed outside my door.
"I'm coming, I'm coming."
"You do know I'm very impatient whenever we go out...."
"And you do know I also like teasing you like this." I said, chuckling.
"Fine! You win." he said as I suddenly opened the door causing him to tumble.
I pulled him into a quick kiss while he was surprised.
"We're gonna be late if you just stand there." I told him in a teasing way.
~time skip~
Hyunjin and I finally came to the place where we first met, Vanilla Café.
Hyunjin told me to look for a place to sit while he ordered.
He came with the receipt in his hands looking all smiley.
"I can't believe this is our 5th date, Di."
"Wow, it's already our fifth?" I said shocked.
"Mhhm. I can't wait to spend my life with you." he said looking almost like 😍.
"Me too."
"Sorry to burst your bubble, but here's your order."
"Channie! I didn't know you work here?" I said out of confusion.
"I just started 3 days ago, so I'm kinda new. Anyways, looks like the two of you are on a date. I'll talk to y'all tomorrow. Enjoy!" he said walking away.
"Thanks, hyung!" we chuckled.
~the next morning~
I don't know why, but stretching makes me feel more awake. Thanks, Lix.
It's currently 4:06 in the morning which means I have time before school.
~time skip: 6:34 am~
"Hmm? Oh, Channie!" I said while heading to the library.
"Oh. Hey, Diana."
"How are you doing today?"
"I'm doing fine. How 'bout you?"
"Doing great, so far...." he trailed off.
"Did you get an undercut?"
"Yup. Do you like it?"
"It suits you so well! But I'm gonna miss your curly hair." I said tryna lighten up the mood.
Silence....
"Is anything... wrong? You seem awfully... silent today?" I asked cautiously.
"Nothing, really." he flashed a sad smile.
"You sure? If you need someone to talk to, we're here, ok?"
He nodded as a thanks.
