Love at first eye-sight

The first encouter

It was a typical Friday evening after your college classes, you decided you were going to buy some new contact for the store for your upcoming competition, you were an ice skater and it wasn't the most comfortable to skate with glasses off as mots of the time they would fall of and when you did most of the spins you would find your glasses in the other side of the ring from all the force.
As you entered a lady asked if you needed any assistance, you nodded and gave her your prescription and told her that you would like some contacts, she took the paper and headed to the back room.
As you waited you decided to look at some skeleton, since you still wore glasses when you were in class or at home. After a bit of looking you found a pair that stick out to you,a black skeleton with some small brown details, when you grabbed the glasses you saw another person going for the same skeleton.
"Oh im sorry you can have the, im not going to buy anything after all" you said with a soft smile
"Thank you , but i think they would look better on you"
The man was tall and had light brown hair same color as his eyes , quit the looker hou had to admit , but you weren't interested in flirts like him so you ignored his statement and gave him the glasses and went to grab your contacts as the lady from before appeared form the back room.
The man was a bit shocked buy your reaction you guess he doesn't get rejected often.
As you exited the store you saw the same man as before walking up to you, isn't this great you thought to yourself
"Can i help you?" You said with a blunt expression in your face
"Aw come one you dont need to be so mean i just want to know you. Im tooru Oikawa and you..."
"Thats none of your business and if im being honest what your doing is a bit creepy"
"No fair i told you my name and besides your a cute girl with a feisty personality and i like myself a challenge" oikawa said a bit proud of himself
"Well im sorry but im not interested , but as you said its only fair if i give you my name as you gave me yours" you admitted in a bit of defeat.
"(y/n)(l/n), there hope your satisfied" you said as you started walking away.
"(L/n)-chan, interesting name, well i hope i see you again someday" he said and winked playfully.
You sighed to yourself and didn't look back as you headed back to your apartment.

As you entered the door you were greeted to your two roommates Hinami and Rika fighting over mario cart.
"YOU CHEATED I KNOW YOU DID THERES NO OTHER WAY YOU WON" rika said red with anger
"Boo hoo you just can accept that im better than you and will always beat you" hinami said full of pride as rika started shaking her from the shoulders.
"What the hell is going on here? I leave for an hour and you two start a war!" You said as you placed your bags and keys on the table next to the couch and proceeded to sit next to rika.
"(Y/n)!Himami is a cheater she beat me 4 times and all the times it the same thing: im first and then she gets a red shell right before we finish the race and she beat me!!"
"Im not cheating im just lucky" hinami said sticking her tongue out
"Well how about we see whos the real winner among the theree of us" you said looking at your two friends with an evil grin
For the rest of the afternoon you three played mario cart and at the end you rose victorious wining 6 out of the 8 races
"And this is how its done" you said brushing your shoulder to show how easy it was for you
"This is not over (y/n)-chan your not going to win forever" hinami said glaring at you as she won the othe two races
Rika on the other hand was curled up into a ball with a pillow in her embrace ready to cry
"Come on rika its just a game you dont need to cry" you said trying to comfort her
"NO YOU ALL ARE CHEATER IM NOT PLAYING WITH YOU EVER AND THATS FINAL!"
Hinami and you giggled at your friends statement knowing that this will happen again in the the near future as this was the 4 time this week rika challenged you two to mario cart.
"Hey its still a bit early so you guys want to watch a movie?"
Rika gasped and jumped from the couch with excitement
"ILL MAKE POP CORN or sould we order pizza? How about both! I love movie nights!"
Rikas mood immediately changed, she was always like that.
You put on one movie you all enjoyed as rika and hinami got done ordering the food.
"Today something weird happened when i went to the eye store" you said to start a conversation as you waited for the food to come.
"Really what happened? Did you get hurt!" Hinami said as she observed you
"No no , im fine nothing happened just i bumped in this guy on the store and when i got out he started following be and asked me what my name was and told me that i was cute" you said with an annoyed tone
"Ew creep if i was there i would have punched him"
"Was he cute though it's important!" Rika jumped in
"I guess ill admit this much, he told me his name too, Oikawa tooru i think"
"OH no way i know him!We went to the same high school , he was the volleyball team's captain" hinami said as she realized who you met
So thats why he looked so familiar you thought
"Oh yea him i remember him from a match he had with my school, all the girls fangirled HARD over him it was crazy" rika said giggling
"Anyway hope i dont see him again i dont like the playboy types anyway"
Then the doorbell rang and the pizza was finally here rika hoped happily to answer the door and you and hinami started the movie.

Oikawas pov:
He was heading back to his dorm after that encounter with the cutie he met at the eye store.
I wonder if i can see her again, she was interesting he thought to himself as he finally arrived to his dorm
"Hi waka-chan did you miss me?" He said with a playfull tone
His roommate didn't even bother to look at him or to answer him as he continued to do his homework
"Your so dull waka-chan you need to smile more , no girl like a blunt face guy like you"
"First, dont call me that again second you have no need to know about my romantic life"
Ushijima said bluntly still writing his notes
Oikawa sighed and fell onto his bed and looked at his phone
"Ah yes coach told me to inform you about tomorrow, practice is canceled he said he has some personal matters to attend to"
"Yay~~ i have all of the weekend to myself! What should i do?" Oikawa said singing almost
"I dont care just leave me out of it"
"Waka-chan your so mean to me what did i ever do to you!" Oikawa said dramatically
"You didn't come to shiratorizawa"
Oikawa rose his head up and looked at ushijima ,who still didn't raise his head from his notes ,with an annoyed look and the sight as he let his head fall back to the bed
As he thought what to do with he weekend an idea struck him
I know! I will go back to the eye store maybe (l/y)-chan will be there! Please be there! He thought and hoped that tomorrow he will see again that little cuite he met.
