CHAPTER ONE
THE NIGHTMARE
The blacklight shadowing the red-bloody moon engulfed the Earth... Batlike creatures swirl before the flashes of lightning and the sky was totally enveloped by the power of darkness.
I found myself standing next to a cold rock and unable to move any muscle.With my heart beating furiously, I heard an angry and terrifying sound from behind.I am forced to look back and hungry-looking and fierce bats about a size of a year old baby came into view,their long and sharp fangs glint as they fly toward me.The beating of my heart seemed to double as my body voluntary move to the only escape i know...RUN!!.
I ran and ran though i really dont know where to go..Sweat beads fall from my forehead to my muddy shirt just when i tripped on a rock which causes me to stumble on the ground. Oh no!. I quickly turn and felt a sudden rush of relief when the huge bats are gone. I took a deep breath and tried to stand only to stumble again on the murky ground,my ankle hurts so bad! I studied my surrounding.. i saw the sudden change of moon from red to blue.. That was weird. I thought. No, it's crazy! I needed to get the hell out of here! I saw a huge branch of a tree and used it to support my weight.
I was about to make a step when a blinding light appeared a few meters away from me.. I quickly covered my eyes with my other hand but the thing that causes the hair on my back to stand up is the warm and soft voice of a woman i never knew...
"Somma.."
"Who are you?"
The voice didn't respond.
"Who are you?" I repeated.
"What do you want from me?"
I scanned my surroundings trying to find where the voice came from but was interrrupted by a loud blag! followed by an intense pain on my back......
