Important: this is an au where Kakyoin is falsely accused of murder (kinda like Jolyne) and he's sent to an all male section of the Dolphin Street Prison. Jolyne doesn't exist but this takes place around the time she was sentenced...2011... in this au Jotaro is a 40 year old police officer at the prison, one of the few that walk around the cells to see if the prisoners are okay in his free time. Kakyoin is 36 years old (13 at the time of sdc). kakyoin was too young and not recruited to be a crusader after Jotaro saved him, taking his place was Hol Horse. DIO was defeated... so, that's the important lore explaining the au that I probably won't go over in the book!
