Matt and I were driving to Applebee's to meet my parents to announce the fact that we are now a couple. We've been friends since we were 4 and I was so happy to tell my parents.
"Babe, are you are sure they'll be ok with this?" He asked me.
"Of course they will!" I smile. "My parents already love you. Just like I do."
We kept on driving an listening to the radio. He turned it down and looked at me, "You know you're amazing right?"
"I'm not amazing, I'm just me."
He just stared at me and smiled. I loved his big beautiful smile, and his adorable eyes, and his cute little nose, and his brain, heart. Every little thing about him is something I adore, and I just don't know why he choose me, of all the girls at our school, in the world even, why me?
I finally turned away long enough to see the car.
"MATT LOOK OUT" I screamed.
Everything went in slow mode after that. The car hitting us, the glass smashing, Matt throwing himself over me, my head banging the door, seeing blood come from his arms, and everything then went black.
