"Mico. Don't you think you're asking for too much? It's only been a few weeks. We should probably try to slow things down." Xavier as much as he could tried to lower his voice down.
Enraged by what he heard, Mico stumped his foot down. He was even more frustrated than before.
"We should just end this then." He responded childishly, too blunt for Xavier's liking.
"Will you please stop saying things like that?" Xavier massaged his temples. His voice strained from resisting the urge to level with Mico's temper.
Mico stood stiffly. His hands balled into a tight fist. His cheeks were splashed in a rosy blush, huffing and puffing, accompanied by the heaving of his shoulders. With tears at the edge of his eyes, Mico bit his lip to stop himself from crying.
Xavier stared at him, suddenly overwhelmed by the need to appease and pacify Mico's tantrums.
"Fuck." Xavier silently uttered, shook his head, and pulled Mico closer into an embrace.
"Com' here." He whispered apologetically while gently rubbing Mico's back.
