Jungkook-Panic Attack

Hello fellow ARMYS~ This one is a bit angst but has a happy ending so don't worry.

 No One's POV:

Lately something had been on Jungkook's mind. It was the fact that he had messed up on a move at practice earlier that morning. No one scolded him. They just told him to keep trying and not to think too much about it. But Jungkook couldn't stop thinking about it.

Jungkook now thinks that everyone is disappointed in him so he heads up to his bedroom,but Jin stops him.

"Jungkook-ah where are you going? It's time for dinner." Jin says.

"Oh,I'm not hungry." Lied Jungkook.

"Oh. You sure Jungkook?" Asked Jin.

"Yeah I'm sure." Replied Jungkook.

Jungkook heads into his room and locks the door. He goes to his bed and grabs his pillow. He starts sobbing.

"Why did I have to mess up... It's all my fault,now they're all mad at me..." Sobs Jungkook.

Jungkook's sobs get louder until he hears a sudden knock at his door. This time it was Namjoon.

"You okay in there Jungkook?" Asked Namjoon.

"Yeah. I'm okay" His voice a little horse.

"Jungkook-ah... Can I come in?"

Jungkook's breath hitched. His eyes widened,he had to get out of here.

"N-no it's okay hyung." Replied a now shaky Jungkook.

"Jungkook unlock the door." Demanded Namjoon.

Jungkook hastily got up and unlocked the door.

"Kook... Have you been crying? Suddenly asks Namjoon.

Jungkook quickly wipes his face.

"No." Lied Jungkook.

"Kook I can tell you're lying. Now tell me what's wrong."

Jungkook shakes his head. Namjoon started to get annoyed.

"Kook look at me now." Demanded Namjoon.

Jungkook fiercely shaking his head,his breath hitched again.

"JUNGKOOK LOOK AT ME." Namjoon finally shouts.

Jungkook starts to panic. He tries to talk,but nothing comes out. His breathing starts to speed up,he then realizes that he can't breathe. He knew he had to get out at this point,so he tried to run past Namjoon. Namjoon looks at Jungkook,worried.

"Kook? I'm sorry for yelling at you... Are you okay?" Asked a worried Namjoon.

"N-no... Can't b-breathe.." Stuttered Jungkook.

Realization hit Namjoon like a brick. Jungkook was having a panic attack. Normally Yoongi was there when Jungkook had his panic attacks and was there to coach him through them.

"Kook,I need you to look at me." Spoke Namjoon softly.

Jungkook couldn't. It was getting harder and harder for him to breathe.

"I'm getting Yoongi" Said Namjoon.

Jungkook didn't respond. He was trying to calm down but it wasn't working. He starts to feel dizzy... Then everything went black.

Namjoon's POV:

When we were practicing, I noticed that Jungkook had messed up on the "Butterfly part". I told him not to think about it.

Timeskip~

As soon as we got home, Jin and I noticed Jungkook heading upstairs. But Jin stops him,asing where he was going. He said he wasn't hungry,but Jin and I didn't buy it.

But Jin let Jungkook go upstairs. We all gathered around the table,washing our hands before we ate.

I felt Jin tap my shoulder.

"What is it Jin?" I ask.

"I'm worried about him. Can you go check on him for me?" Asked Jin.

"Sure. I replied.

I headed upstairs to Jungkook's room. When I got to his door,I heard some muffled sounds so I knocked on the door.

"You okay in there Jungkook?" I asked.

Jungkook told me he was okay. But I still didn't believe him.

"Jungkook-ah,can I come in" I asked again.

His reply again was no it's okay. This time I heard his voice waver. I heard him unlock the door,as soon as the door opened I could see his face clearly.

"...Have you been crying?" I asked him,worried.

Jungkook told me he wasn't But I could clearly tell he was.

"Kook I can tell that you're lying,now tell me what's wrong. He shook his head. I was starting to get annoyed at him. I just wanted him to tell what was wrong.

"Kook look at me now." I replied sternly.

But he didn't,he just shook his head again. At this point I was fed up.

"JUNGKOOK LOOK AT ME." I shouted.

I saw Jungkook's face and immediately felt guilty. Then I see Jungkook start to run. I grab his arm.

"Kook... I'm sorry for yelling at you. Are you okay? I asked with guilt in my voice.

My worry started getting worse when he said no. He told me he couldn't breathe. Then it hit me. He was having a panic attack. I need to get him to calm down. I needed to get Yoongi.

"I'm getting Yoongi Kook." I quickly said.

Panic rushed through my mind as I ran downstairs. Then I ran into the kitchen,everyone was looking at me.

"Yoongi,Kook needs you." I bursted out.

Suddenly I hear a loud thud from upstairs. My eyes widen. Jungkook... I quickly bolted upstairs.the others right behind me. As soon as I get to Jungkook's room,I see him on the ground.

'KOOK?!" I shouted.

I ran to him,shaking his shoulders.

"KOOK CAN YOU HEAR ME? KOOK!" I shouted louder.

I went to feel his pulse. My eyes widened in fear. He was breathing but it was weak. I need to get him to the hospital now.

"JIN CALL THE AMBULANCE NOW!" I shriek.
