Realm Of Fire

"Supper's ready" Marie said. I rushed to get up from the field of flowers I was laying on. I was reading some book about our kingdoms history. "Your all dirty, make sure to clean up before you eat" Maria told me. "We don't want you father to be mad" Maria mumbled as she disappeared into the distance. Maria works for my parents, she was always nice to me. Some people who work for my parents take their anger out on me since the day I was born, Maria on the other hand stuck to me. She's a little bit older than me , I'm 18 and she's 28.

Before I went to supper I cleaned up and got changed.I rushed to the dinner table." Your food must be a little cold" My father said while winking at me. "Aidan you know no fire at the table" My mother complained. "She has to learn someday" My father complained picking at his food.        "Fine but if the table catches on fire you two have to fix it" My mother said as she rolled her eyes.I waited for my father's signal, when he finally signaled I positioned my hand correctly. My family come from fire, no one knows how or why. The fire flows through our veins, it makes us who we are and the feeling you get when it flows through your body to make its way to your eyes is magical. 

I'm mostly working on control, My father says if I work and train hard I could be the best lady of fire he's ever seen."Ready..set..go!" My father announced.I let out the fire that was waiting to be released. If you aren't trained enough the fire that you are holding can hurt really bad, I learned that the hard way. "Wow!" I said watching the fire heat up my food. "Ok now let it go back" My father told me. I closed my eyes and focused on letting the fire die down. "Good job Aithne" My mother said. "Now eat the food you successfully heated up" My father said with a smile.

After Dinner

"Goodnight mom, Goodnight dad" I said to my parents before heading off to my room. I got dressed in a long but thin red gown. I went to the bathroom and continued my routine I do nightly. After I was done I headed to bed and soon drifted off into a fiery dream.

Some Time Later

I was awakened by loud crashes coming through all of the castle. I rushed out of bed and ran to the door, before I could open the door my parents rushed in and rushed me to the bathroom. "Sweetie I'm so sorry" My mother said sobbing. "Why, what's wrong?" I asked feeling fear rise in me. "Princess you have to leave" My father said guarding the door. "What No" I said letting the fear be known in my words. "Sweetie there are bad people attacking our kingdom" My mother told me. "I'm not a child anymore I can help!" I said. "C'mon it sounds like the coast is clear" My father said grabbing my wrist.

"Let me go, I can stay and fight with you" I whispered through my rough sad voice. " I will not watch them take away my kingdom and I will damn sure not let them take my daughter" My father said rushing me to an unknown destination. We Finally arrived at a room filled with rocket type things. My parents opened one and rushed me into it. "Can you at least tell me what's happening" I asked not wanting to leave without unanswered question. "An old allie who always had the motive of taking over our kingdom came here searching for you to force into marriage and collide the two kingdoms" My father explained. "Oh sweetie you'll love where you're going and always remember to protect the ones you'll meet and learn to love" My mother said kissing my cheek. " I love you princess and remember control yourself" My father said hugging me.

They closed the rocket I was in and then I was off watching my parents be taken by strangers as I escaped. The whole ride was a blur, I don't think I would want to remember it anyways. What I can remember is seeing multiple planets and huge stars I couldn't deny how beautiful it was, I think I remember calling it a beautiful misery. All I knew was I was in the middle of nowhere heading to a place where I would think was strange and they would think I was. After filling my head with the worst scenarios I closed my eyes and drifted into a nightmare.
