"How will I know?"

You groaned as you hit snooze on your phone. You layed there slowly drifting back into deep sleep ... I HAVE A COFFE MEETING!

You checked your phone. It read 9:30. Shoot! I'm gonna be late! You quickly put your hair in a bun and threw on an outfit. You ran down stairs to the kitchen. You opened the fridge and grabbed a handful of blueberries and shoved them all in your mouth. You saw your mom in the kitchen. You gave her a big hug and left.

    You hopped into the car and drove away from the academy. You and Klaus decided just to stay at the academy last night since there was really no where else to go. Allison 5 and also Luther were staying there as well. You smiled when you remembered Diego got arrested last night He was a fun one wasn't he.

    You finally made it to the coffee shop with 4 minutes to spare. You walked in and saw the guy from last night sitting In he corner of the shop. You walked over to him and when he saw you he stood up and gave you a big hug.

   "I was afraid you wouldn't show." He let go and we both sat down. "So I bet your really confused on who I am ...well let me start from the beginning to get you caught up."

I was still super confused. "O-ok."

   "About 33 years ago, I met a beautiful young lady. Oh she was gorgeous her hair absolutely stunning. She had the cutest personality. She always found good in other people even when I couldn't see it. We later got married and it was all going good until One day, I still remember it like it was yesterday, October 1st 1989 we were at home on the couch. She started screaming terrible terrible pains and then..." the man stopped and looked down at his hands. "Then a baby girl came into our life. We were a happy family. Just the three of us. Then one day we noticed weird things happening. Lights would flicker and whenever we touched her we would get a sort of shock. We knew it was related to the baby. Well about 4 years later we hit a very rough time in our lives. We both lost our jobs and were unable to provide for the baby. She was always Hungry, and when she was the lights would go out and we would lose electricity. It was too much. We knew we couldn't give the proper care we should of been able to give her. So we heard about this guy who had already takin 7 of these mysterious babies. So we found out where he lived and brought the baby there. We knocked on the door and ran back to our car. We watched as our baby stood there m then finally getting carried inside, and her name was y/n l/n!"

Tears were streaming down my face. I didn't know what to say. Was I mad? Was I glad? Was I happy? I didn't know.

The man looked at me with tears as well and took my hand. "Y/n I'm your father!"

"Your not some evil Jedi who wants me to rule the galaxy with them are you?" I chuckled threw sobs. He chuckled back.

"Wait so where's mom?" I said with a big smile on my face. I finally have a real mom. Not a robot one.

His fave dropped. "She- she passed away just a couple years ago. She got really sick." More tears were running down my flustered cheeks.

"Oh." Was all I managed to croak out.

After that we caught eachother up on our lives. I told him how I went on missions with the other kids Hargreaves adopted and he told me how he moved out here when my mom died to try and find me. We laughed and we cried some more then finally I remembered I had to pick Diego up at the station. I quickly shot up from my seat.

"I am so sorry I have to go. Please please let's meet again." He stood up and we hugged again. "This is kind of a weird question but what's your name?"

"Y/f/n! But you can call me dad!"
