As Ryo pulled me down a dark alley I was scared he would do something sinful. God can only help me now. He then forcefully pinned me against the brick wall, hard and fast I didn't have any time to react. As he started to lean in towards my lips, I heard a loud ringing.

I snapped back into reality and quickly realized I had been dreaming. I started to slowly open my eyes and take in the very familiar room I had been staying in for about a year now. I momentarily forgot about the ringing that was still continuing to annoy the crap out of me.

I rolled over on my back to face my nightstand to shut the ringing off. I started to close my eyes and let the sleep takeover me, I was so tired. That's exactly when my housemate and best friend, Carol, knocked on my door. I knew it was her because she's the only one that knocks before entering.

"Lily, get up. Remember we're going to meet up with the BS gang." Carol said as she walked over to my window and opened my curtains. I groaned and squinted my eyes shut from the amount of unwanted sunlight that had gone straight to my face.

Carol had always been a morning person. Even when I was roommates with her my freshman year. To be quite honest it was refreshing to be up early... sometimes. I like sleeping too much so waking up early everyday is a no for me. However, today was not the day to sleep in.

"I don't know why you still call them that." I answered her as I sat myself up from my comfortable and warm bed. I reached over to my nightstand to retrieve my glasses.

"Because that's precisely what they're full of." She said as I proceeded to put my glasses on. I then look up and see her leaned against my dresser that was located next to my bedroom door.

"It's been three years and you still won't let it go huh?" I questioned her as I turned to my left and let my legs hang off the edge of my bed.

"History repeats itself, you know this." She answers and looks at me with a raised eyebrow. A few seconds passed as she waited for me to respond. I didn't have anything to say, to be honest I was still waking myself up from that crazy dream.

"Well it's already eight thirty, they said to meet them at nine at iHop so you better hurry and get ready."

"I would be getting ready if you could get out." I said to her as I got up walking towards her. I really need to hurry if we want to make it on time.

She raised her hands up in a surrender motion, walked out my room and closed the door behind her. She's always been respectful of my privacy but she also picks on me and I swear it's only me.

I start to take tiny steps towards my mirror that was on the back of the door. I raised my groggy eyes and took a look at myself. Taking notice how I was still dozing off I gently slapped my cheeks, trying to wake myself up.

I walk back over to my dresser and decide to wear the usual shorts, crop top and red flannel over. Accompanied by some white low top converse. I started to get dress but I couldn't help myself as I got lost in my own thoughts. I remember freshman year like it was yesterday. I entered my dorm room and saw a young Carol putting up a Growlers poster. That's exactly when I knew I'd get along with her. She was very quiet and shy at first but over the years she has definitely grown on me.

It's been a week since our junior year ended and now it's officially summer. I can't believe how much I've grown up. It's honestly really scary but I try not to think about it too much. As for it being summer though, I have no idea how I'm going to spend it. I've thought about going back home for a little bit and spend some time with my family. I haven't told them but it's something I want to do. Another thing I wanted to do was get a cat but probably couldn't because another housemate of mine was allergic.
