Transformers Prime Aftermath: Cybertronian Love

Introduction

Five years have passed since the war had ended, Optimus Prime made the ultimate sacrifice and helped revive Cybertron and give it life once again. The repairs whilst huge was accomplished and Cybertron now was normal again after a millennia of war and destruction. Most of the Cybertronain refugees had returned home and tried to get back to their lives and help with the further recovery effort, but how does a Cybertronian get their life back on track after all the death and destruction that was caused which rendered the planet inhospitable?

  After Prime had left a new government was created for Cybertron, one that was fair and equal for both sides. The armies of the Cybertronian Civil War that being the Autobots and Decepticons were merged into one to create the Cybertronain Civil Defense. This came to be after the two leaders of the two separate armies that being Megatron and Smokescreen (after Prime appointed him as his successor) met in Capital City sign a peace treaty. Megatron knowing what oppression was after being controlled by Unicron no longer wanted to impose his will and surrendered to the Autobots ending the civil war officially on September 11th 2018 (Earth date).

Arcee was walking around the capital happy to see her home Cybertron whole again and seeing other Cybertronians going about their day as they did so many years ago. She thought about her family back on earth, especially her partner Jack who she had not seen in 5 years. Even though Cybertron was back to normal she didn't quite feel right living there at least not since her other partner Cliffjumper passed away whilst fighting. She decided that she was going to go back to earth to see Jack one way or another and so went off to see Smokescreen who was chosen to be the President of Cybertron after the new coalition government was created . She went to see him so that she could be given a permission form to head to earth.

She stood at the foot of the council building where she looked up at a commemorative statue of Optimus Prime who stood proud as if on watch,  in the statues hand was the sword that Prime had used when fighting Megatron. Arcee shed a single tear at the sight of the statue of Optimus. He had fought for so long and so hard so that Cybertron and he was never able to live to see it's comeback. Arcee looked to her left to see Megatron who now went by Megatronus again standing next to her with his hands behind his back and his head bowed in silence.

Megatron/Megatronus: I still cannot believe he is gone, for so long I wished to destroy him and rule Cybertron with an Iron fist.

Arcee: The war that you caused costed trillions of lives including Cliffjumper.

Megatron/Megatronus: And my punishment is my guilt for the rest of my days. So what brings you here Arcee, are you here to mourn? 

Arcee: No I have come here to hopefully be granted permission to head to earth to visit.

Megatron/Megatronus: Ah I see, you know supposedly Starscream and a few of the others are still on earth trying to carry on the "resistance".

Arcee: I know Jack, Raf, Miko, Fowler and the rest of the United states government are trying to track them down and put a stop to them so that they don't try and destroy what we have rebuilt. hopefully they will surrender peacefully without a fight...I am tired of fighting.

Megatron/Megatronus: I know I was too tired of fighting which was why I decided to help end the war peacefully, well i wish you the best of luck in getting to earth.

With that Arcee and Megatronus went there separate ways  and Arcee headed on inside the council building. she waited for a bit and went on into Smokescreens office, after some talking Arcee was given permission by her former comrade in arms who was now president of Cybertron to visit earth and so made a space bridge to earth. She decided to keep it quiet from ratchet and the others to surprise them.

(Meanwhile back on Earth)

Ratchet: By the Allspark  would you look at what they have accomplished in such little time this is a technological breakthrough!

Ratchet was reading the reports about what was going on Cybertron since he couldn't go and see it himself he decided to read what was going on there instead. Ratchet decided to stay behind and help Agent Fowler and the others in protecting earth from Starscreams so called resistance, whilst it may not be a big of a threat as when it was the Decepticons under the leadership of Megatron it was still a big force that could do some damage if it wanted too and so he was helping to track down and gather them up.Ratchet notices the space bridge was activated and goes to see what was going to come out of it, he was surprised and happy when he saw Arcee appear.

Ratchet: Arcee! How are you, it's good to see you my dear.

Arcee: Hey Ratchet longtime no see, I decided to come spend a while down here because I missed the pace you know.

Ratchet: Before you ask no, no one is here at the moment but Jack finishes work in an hour and he will be here. Does jack and the others know that you're here yet Arcee?

Arcee: No just you know, I want to surprise Jack and the others. So what has the three of them been doing lately?

Ratchet: Well Raf works with me here in the base but is visiting his family at the moment, Miko is probably doing band practice for the upcoming Jasper talent show or something? I don't know or care to be honest as long as that damned  thing is not here, and as for Jack he works for the agency with Fowler hunting down the last of the Decepticons that refuse to surrender.

Arcee: I cannot wait to see Jack again, it's been far too long.
