POV: MC/Protag

I dragged myself out of my school seat as the bell rung loudly, deafening my ears. Opening the door as my classmates poured out like spilled tea, Sayori came into the room. Surprised, I questioned why she's here, since she usually waits patiently for me in the hall.
"I have to show you something!" the bouncy girl exclaimed excitedly.
Curiously, I followed her past the floods of kids walking home or to clubs. In the midst of this, I caught attention of an amethyst-eyed woman, who was fairly tall, heading to the same place as us. Sayori gave the busty, slender girl a wave, to which she waved back shyly. My childhood friend gestured her to come to us, and I couldn't stop staring at her. She was so.. beautiful.
"Hello, Sayori. This must be your friend, yes?" She asked, looking at me.
"Yup! Say hello, MC!"
I looked at her and nervously introduced myself, saying MC was only my nickname, even though my classmates always referred to me as MC.
"I'll keep that in mind, nice to meet you!" She smiled.
"I will tell the rest of the club."
She dashed along the corridor.
I questioned why she said "club".
"Oh, well.."
As we turned to see the club room, she opened the door and exclaimed:
"Welcome to the Gaming Club!"
"Ta-daaaa!"

I took a long, inquisitive stare at the club room. Draped over the ceiling were neon green and black banners, on the black ones were the cactus-colored outline of gaming consoles, and vice versa on the green ones, but it was the outline of an old-fashioned Windows cursor. Not even starting on the walls. They were striped in various colors. I stepped in, my gaze fixed on the dramatic decoration of the clubroom. I looked down and-

This club is full of incredibly cute girls!

The tall slender figure from before was here, with Monika, someone I was in class with last year, and a small, pink-haired girl. She was resided in a manga, but glanced at me when she heard all the commotion of people speaking to me.
"Well, MC, it's been a while! Eheh!~" Monika giggled upon my arrival. I blushed slightly.
"Did I ever tell you my name? Well, I'm Yuri." The long haired girl said.
I felt inclined to join, and there was a topic I was interested in, so I gave in.
"I'd love to join the club!"
The pink girl's head perked up again. She looked happy, and put her pink bookmark in her manga and walked over to me. She talked to me like I was a friend.
"I'm Natsuki." She said blankly, before turning to focus on her manga.
She seemed to be invested in the story, which was something I could relate with.
Monika asked Yuri if she could give an explanation of the gaming club and festival.
"Thorough explanation or a brief one?" Yuri asked.
"I'd like a long explanation." I answered.
"Ahem."
"The gaming club was founded just a week ago, so it's remarkable we have 4 members already, but that's beside the point. We are a competitive gaming group which plays a variety of games. Soon, we have a gaming championship. All of us are attending, and if you're pretty good at games then you can participate, and with you on the team, most likely win. Our team colors are green and black, as you can see from the decorations. Eheh.. anyways! The championship, named "Duel of The Games", takes place on Monday. 2 days from now!"
"We should get your gaming skill up. There are things from speedruns to parkour.."
She said this in one go, which was pretty impressive.
Sayori had her say:
"One of the first challenges is the first team to get a baby in the Sims 4! Come on, let's practice some more."
I had experience with many games, such as the entire Sims franchise, Minecraft, Team Fortress 2.. you name it. That's probably why I was invited to the club.

It's finally time to leave the school. Man, that was exhausting. Even though I was simply playing games, it was stressful knowing I was going to a competition in 2 days!..

I said goodnight to my new classmates and headed down the corridor with Sayori.
Our footsteps echoed in the hallways, as empty as a barren desert. It had an extremely mysterious aura to it... like an eerie corridor from a horror movie.
"WAAAAAAHH!" Sayori blurted out, after turning a corner.
I ran in worry, then peeked over the corner and..
