Prologue: One rainy night

The date was December 3rd... One week after Gilberd Beilschmidt, the 28 year old millionaire left his last breath inside the living room of his own mansion. Some people were bothered more for the blood stains on the carpet that would hardly get removed, other than the fact that the young man had died. Gilberd was known for his many competitors and the amount of people that wanted him dead. So there wasn't much of a fuss over his life's tragic ending. People around his personal cicle just moved on with their lives...Others cherished the event secretly and enjoyed that night...Others pretended to gasp while reading the article on the newspaper the next morning even though they could not care less... Some people were only bothered for having to attend the funeral only.

But there were some exeptions...
Or.. Only one as it seemed.

Ludwig Beilschmidt. A german college student who studied Mathematics and liked writing poetry. A young man who had just started his adult life and had just moved to the academy of his dreams. A boy with determination and a bright future ahead of him. A strong-willed human full of compasion, admiration and love for his brother... Was the first one that witnessed the lifeless body once he had come back from the library.

His heart was bound to shatter into pieces that tragic night. After that.. he couldn't sleep. He refused to eat. He couldn't manage to drink. Only the reminder or the thought of him, the person
who took care of him, who raised him, who made him who he was... The pitiful sight of a weak and covered in blood man.. would haunt him for the rest of his life.

And the boy knew that when the police revealed the cause of his death...

"Suicide."

He knew it was not right.It could NOT be right.

And that day...
That cold rainy day ...As he stood facing his brother's coffin... Tears making his vision blury and legs trembling and loosing balance ...

He made a promise. A promise that was bound not to break. A promise to...

... to?

"I am going to find out who did this ,brother. And I am going to bring justice to you name."

Hello guys! Hope you enjoyed the prologue of my new story "Catharsis"! This is my first "published story" ever and I can say that I am pretty excited!!
