Tro then suddenly awoke to the voices of Ara and Arkyn, "You're awake!" They both said happily. "Wha..?" Tro looked at them before he knew who they were after a moment, "Oh..wait- is mom okay??" "Yeah, she's uh..she's fine..just.. um... c'mon, we'll show you." They helped Tro up then began walking. Tro's new cut wasn't bleeding anymore as he'd been passed out for a few hours and had been treated to. When they got there, Runa was stood there, glaring at Hakon who was sat there with scars from Tro's attack earlier, "He's a pathetic, spineless, weak, joke of a king!" She growled. "But you attacked me, I have a right to attack you! It was that child. The lycandra. There's something wrong with that one. It said something evil before it attacked me. Like it was possessed!" "HE is MY child and you will NOT refer to him as 'it'." "Well you can't just kill him, Runa. Believe me, I'm aware of what protection over a child is like, me being a mother myself. But he is the king." Anya spoke up. "Why does that matter?" Runa hissed. "His position matters due to the current rules set in place by the empress, you should know that. Being a queen of your island alongside Callum." "He was bested by a CHILD, Anya!" "But he is still the king. The child wouldn't even be allowed to rule the kingdom if he had killed Hakon himself, due to being too young." "That isn't what I said! And so you think I should just LET him get another chance to kill my child because he's a king?" "I-" "QUIET!" Runa hissed, cutting Hakon off. Another few lycans were watching, but only three or four. Anya turned back to Runa as she walked over, "I'm not saying you should let him do anything to him. I'm saying that he wouldn't because he's a king and that would ruin his title and would more than likely get him into trouble. He's already gotten himself into it by stealing the child in the first place." "Because he'll get in trouble? How's that meant to stop him?" Anya sighed, "He bested you in fair combat, so he's technically still rules. Your son then bested him in combat, proving he has a right to the kingdom as well. So, neither shall be killed." "That'll never work! How am I supposed to trust him alone with him?" "If it was the will of the gods for him to die, he would already be dead..." "You expect my son to be protected by nothing more than superstition!? He'll never keep his word." "He'll keep it. If he doesn't he'll have defied the Gods, and I don't believe even this half wit of a king is stupid enough to do that." Arkyn decided to speak up, "Mom, look! Tro's okay!" Runa looked over and sighed of relief, "Thank God." They then walked over before Runa noticed Tro's scar, "Where did you get the scar?" "From Hakon.." Tro whimpered. Runa was about to turn to Hakon before Ara spoke up, "But.... he's okay otherwise, hurt is better than dead!" "Hm. Of course, Ara." Runa sighed then eventually left with her children. Hakon and the other lycans also left.

When they got back, Runa pretty much didn't let Hakon have his hands near Tro at all. She was being overprotective of him. She did this for almost the entire day, although she did let Tro out to play, but made sure that Ara and Arkyn would take care of him. After all, Tro was only young, only being a year old. Although he didn't age like a human would, it didn't matter, Tro was still only young.

"I know now, why my mother was so protective over me in front of Hakon. From that day forward, I think I'll forever be afraid of him. I'm pretty sure that.. that day.. changed everything."
