Killer Queen saw, that even though Hayato knew Kira was the man that he had known for those few weeks and the murderer of all those women and also threatened the life of his mother he was still sad, presumably that he realised, how boring original Kosaku was, he was still his dad, and he lost him forever.
As soon as Killer Queen entered the room, Hayato was shocked, he had no idea where it came from and Killer Queen was as shocked that Hayato saw him as well, Hayato had no idea this was the Stand of his "Father" so he thought that this was what that Josuke and Okuyasu guys had. Killer Queen thought two things, Hayato had a stand which was odd as he never had one before, so it was very confused.
