Herobrine's mother's POV:

I am married and now I am pregnant. Not only one but a pair of twin baby boys. Me and my husband decided to name one of the twins a common name and the other a very unique name, which is very unusual for other couples to do with their twin children. And that is how Herobrine and Steve got their names.

After I gave birth to the twins, they grew up healthy and happy. We live near the forest, so my sons love playing near the forest.

"Mom! Can I and Steve go play outside?" asked one of my sons.

"Sure, my dear," I replied. "But please don't go too far away from and remember to return before dark."

"Yes, mom!" my twins sons said enthusiastically and went outside.

Steve's POV:

"Let's play hide and seek," said my twin brother, Herobrine.

"Ok! You hide and I seek," I said. "Now go find your hiding place."

As my brother ran away to his hiding place, I covered my face on a tree and counted to 20.

Herobrine's POV:

I went behind a tree to hide. But as I got there, I saw a beautiful butterfly in front of me. Everyone love chasing butterflies, right? So I followed it everywhere, not realizing I have wandered in the middle of the forest. And worse, I didn't memorized my path and the landmarks.

Steve's POV's

"Ready or not, here I come!"

I went to find Herobrine. I looked inside a bush. He wasn't there. I peeked in a cave. He wasn't hiding there either. I checked the trees. My twin brother isn't hiding behind any of them. Suddenly, I heard something moving in a nearby bush. 'Oh, there you are, Herobrine,' I thought.

"Boo!" I yelled, jumping into the bush. But it was just a rabbit. It was getting dark, still I cannot find my brother. 'Where could he be?' I wondered. So I gave up looking for him and returned home.

"Steve, where is your brother?" asked my mom.

"I don't know, mom," I said.

"Oh no. Where could he be?" I could sense some worrying in my mom's voice. My dad, who was just in the background, watching, also feels worried about my twin brother.

Herobrine's POV:

I only stopped chasing the butterfly when I realized it is getting dark. "Remember to return before dark," my mom's advice replayed in my head so I tried to find my path home. But I'm so deep in the forest that I could no longer get back home. I'm lost.

It is already dark. Still, I didn't find our home. Then I heard a growl. 'Jeez! There's a zombie!' I thought with panic. I saw about three pairs of glowing red eyes. 'Oh no! There's more than one zombie! And they are red-eyes zombies' I thought, feeling scared.

They went out from the dark. They aren't zombies at all but they are as worse as them. They are fierce wolves. They went chasing me, wanting to taste my flesh. I ran and ran and ran until I saw a very mysterious castle. Being too busy to escape the aggressive wolves, I didn't knock on the doors, or asked for permission to be let in. I just trespassed.

As I got inside the castle, I gasped. It wasn't an ordinary castle. There was a broken hanging bridge above a large pool of boiling lava. Being curious of what's beyond the bridge, I took the risk of falling into the lava and crossed the bridge. Luckily, I survived.

There, I saw a corridor. But as I stepped on, the floor above me suddenly fall in a great abyss. I jumped and my hand caught a platform. I climbed up and walked on the platform. Ahead me, there was an approaching big rolling metal log filled with spikes.

Because I can't jump above the spike log, I looked for some open paths beside me. As I turn to my left, I saw a corridor. I jump above the abyss and landed on the corridor. While I was watching the spike log pass by, I heard a sound of kinda like a large rock is being pushed beside me. I looked at the source of the sound and realized that the walls are moving, trying to crush me.

After encountering a lot of obstacles, I came into a room. In the middle of it was a floating and glowing crystal. It was so beautiful that I decided to touch it. But as I touched it, I feel something strange inside me. My vision went black.

When I gained consciousness, I looked around me. "Where am I?" I asked myself. Then I remembered how I got there in the first place. When I got out of the castle so quick, I realized I got powers. Powers that you couldn't imagine.

The same wolves who chased me last night (it was already morning) went to try to attack me again. I tried to use my powers against the wolves and it worked. I have killed one of the wolves. The others ran away in fear.

I went to find my home and presto! I'm now in the front of my house. I went inside and saw my twin brother, Steve. He look so scared. "Steve, what's the ma..."

"AAAAAGHHH!!! GET OUT OF THIS HOUSE!" yelled Steve.

"Steve! It's me, Herobrine!" I said, trying to calm down my brother.

"Liar!" He shouted. "Where is my twin brother?! Where did you hid him?!"

I looked at myself. I didn't see any changes in me. I looked at the mirror and got shocked. My eyes were white. I tried to explain everything to my parents and Steve and they believed my story.

Years later, my parents are dead. Now I am living with my twin brother, and we are completely adults. We live together, work together, and help each other.

One night, a large group of zombies attacked in my hometown. Steve and I grabbed our swords and went to kill the zombies. I, of course used my powers. Suddenly, Steve fell in a cliff. "Nooooo!!!" I screamed but it's too late. So I went to kill the zombies all by myself.

In a cave, I saw a baby zombie with a piglet beside him. As I raise my sword to kill the baby zombie, it suddenly shouted "no! Don't kill me! Let me explain who I really am!"

'A talking baby zombie? That was pretty strange,' I thought.
