(A/N-- by the way this story is fast paced until I have enough time to edit it. ENJOY!)

Trigger Me Breathless

Prologue

It's just past midnight and the moonlights reflecting the puddle full of droplets from the fallen rain. It's foggy in New York and it has this heavy feeling of sadness to it that brings you down, plus it's full of sickos and perverts.

On the bright-side though, it's a great place to shop for Channel and all that crap. I look back and "hmm" I mutter, there is nothing behind me, but I feel the presence of someone, plus I see his shadow behind the tree, not the best hiding spot if you ask me. Ok Anna what are you going to do about this... (Time for my mental inspirational speech) kick some major ass or go down smiling that's what! I round the corner of a awfully fusty colored building and hide behind a god awful smelly dumpster. When was the last time they took this out, I can hardly breathe. The man comes running out of his 'hiding spot' hoping to catch me by surprise.

Dumbass. He is about 6"2 lean but tough, I can tell he's around his 30's or so, I can take him easily with two broken arms. Disappointed that I gave him the slip he turns to head back, me being the fair fighter I am.

I take that opportunity and ram him in back with my elbow. He then stumbles forward but before he has a chance to get backup I punch his chin up to right hook him. Then I deliver the most ninjafying round-house kick to his side.

He's panting by now so I decide to be merciful and smash his head against the wall, oh well buddy lights out for him. Around the corner I hear multiple heavy foot-steps; shit there's more of Jose's men coming. I jump over the fence and haul my ass out of there.

Well I guess that was a typical night for me; Annallesia Borewick wow what a mouthful, I'm called Anna for short. Oh and did I mention my ex-boyfriend is a mob boss; he obviously doesn't take break-ups and bankruptcy well, not my fault it's so easily to get your bank codes geesh! Oh well, time to move and start over. Again.

A new life.

A new me.
