Branch And The Missing Princess

Cooper had pooped out three cupcakes he was so freaked out.Chef was weirded out by what just happened. "Um..cupcake?" Poppy said.Chef shot them a evil smile and opened her pouch.Poppy dropped the cupcakes and screamed "RUN!"All of the trolls started running. Guy Diamond was snatched."MR.DINKLES!" Biggie screamed.Biggie was looking for him,but he was on his back the entire time and ended up being snatched by the bergen too. "Biggie!" Poppy shouted.She knew it was time to kick in her survival skills from the forest.

"BLEND IN!" She screamed.The bergen tried to grab her,but she moved to the side. Smidge was about to get taken. "RUN SMIDGE!" be she ended up getting taken as well while screaming "oH mAh GaHHh!"Satin and Chenille couldn't decide which way to go,and ended up getting taken too.

"Poppy help!" screamed one of the troll children.Poppy ran over to Cooper and them,and hid in a bush.Cooper's neck was to long so he ended up getting taken." Cooper!" Shouted Poppy

(Ye dis when Creek got taken,but he aint in dis)

King Peppy ran up to the bergen and hitting it's foot with his staff while saying "Bad bergen,bad bad bergen! "The bergen was about to grab the old troll but Branch was able to get to safety,and hide just in time.

"Thanks for throwing the biggest.....the loudest-" Chef was interrupted by Cooper saying "The craziest party ever!" Chef pushed Coopers head back in the pouch,and left troll village a huge mess.

The trolls started to come from their hiding places.

"What are gonna do now King Peppy?" a troll asked.

"We have to get away from here." He said

"Get away?What about our friends that were just taken?" Poppy said

King Peppy turned to his daughter,and said "I'm sorry,I can't risk another troll I love diei-" He caught himself. "It doesn't matter now,we need to go."

"Well then I'm not going" Poppy said.

"You have to Poppy,the bergens know where we are now." said King Peppy

"I have to go save our friends dad." Poppy said. 

"What about No Troll Left Behind?" said Branch

"Those things are all in the past now." King Peppy said

"Well I'm use to the wilderness,and so is Branch. Poppy said

"I think we'll be fine King Peppy." Branch said

"Just please be safe" said King Peppy

                                           THE NEXT MORNING

"Alright Poppy,you ready?" Branch asked

"Ready as I'll ever be" Poppy responded 

They were starting to get to know each other more as they talked while walking throughout the forest.Their bond also became stronger.Branch didn't want anything to happen to Poppy that will make them be separated again.They had experienced so much things in the forest,and ran into some predators,but they were ok.Time had went by so fast that it was night already.

The two trolls set up a campsite,and started a fire to get ready to go to sleep for the night .

"Welp,goodnight Branch." Said Poppy

"Goodnight,Poppy" Branch replied 

It's been some time,and atleast one troll was asleep.Poppy wasn't able to sleep for some reason.So she decided to put this sleeplessness to work.She realized they barley had enough food,so she went into forest to gather some things.

                                              MORNING

Branch woke up to see no troll. "Uh oh" he thought. "Poppy?POPPY ARE YOU OUT THE-" 

"Branch you ok?" Poppy said

"AH!" Branch got scared 

"Oh sorry,I didn't mean to scare you!" said Poppy

"It's ok." Branch laughed "Why are you up so early?" 

"I wasn't able to sleep last night,so I thought I would go get some food,since we barley have any. Poppy replied 

"You wanna talk about it?" Branch said 

"Sure." said Poppy

They had settled down to eat their food while they were talking.

"Don't you think my dad was acting a little strange when I asked him about my mom?" Poppy said

Branch knew about her mother's death,but he didn't want to see her sad.Yet he would be lying.So he just decided to keep her feelings safe.

"I guess he was acting a little strange." said Branch 

"Yea,he was about to say something,but he didn't." Poppy said agreeing with Branch

"Do you think my mom is dead?" Poppy said sadly

HOW DID SHE BRING THAT UP?! Branch's mind thought

"Whaaat?!No of course not!" Branch said

"Well she wasn't in the bergen attack,or with my dad." said Poppy

"Uhhh...." Branch said

"Is there something you're not telling me,Branch?" Poppy asked

He couldn't keep this a secret anymore.

*Branch sighed* "Ok Poppy...I'm sorry to tell you but,your...mom..is dead."

Poppy's eyes widened.

"So I was right...she's dead." Poppy said sadly

"I'm sorry Poppy,I never wanted to tell you like thi-"

"You lied to me?" He was interrupted 

"I only wanted you to be happy,Poppy." Branch frowned

"I thought we were friends..." Poppy said

"We are friends!It's just that some things needed to be kept secret until the right time." said Branch

Poppy looked down and frowned.

"Sometimes I wish I never lived in the forest." Poppy said

"Poppy.." Branch said 

Branch held his arms out for a hug which she accepted.

"I know your mom would be proud of you." Said Branch as he broke the hug

"Thanks Branch." Poppy said 

Branch wiped away her tears,next thing they knew, they heard something in a bush.

And it sounded big.
