It's been a really crappy day at work. Barely anyone has came in today, and I've been stuck working with the new girl, Cassie. She's a real bitch. It's finally time to leave work. I clock out of work and grab my keys and get into my car. I put my keys in the ignition and turn on my car and let it warm up a bit. I grab my phone out of my bag and check the time. It's 5:30. "Shit, I gotta be ready for 7:00 or Duke gonna kill me." I put my phone in the cup holder and reverse out of the parking lot, into the busy traffic.
I finally arrive home around 5:45 and chuck my keys and my bag on the counter and rush upstairs to take a quick shower. I wash my hair, and my body with my favourite bath and body works body wash, quickly shave and then hop out of the shower. I quickly go to my closet, and just before I open the closet door, my phone buzzes on my bed. I walk over to check who texted me, it was Duke. "Dress fancy babe, I can't wait to see you. I'll be at your house for 7:00 so be ready beautiful❤️." I replied "Aww okay baby!!😘." I sit my phone back down and go back to my closet and pick out my new tight red silk dress, and put it on and I am loving how it looks on me.

Once I put my dress on, I headed over to my vanity and began blow drying my hair. My hair was already kind of dry, so it only took 5 minutes for it to be completely dry. I grabbed my curling iron out of my drawer and began doing little loose curls at the ends of my long hair. It's about 6:40pm now so I'm hurrying to do my makeup. I do my foundation, fill in my eyebrows just a tiny bit, and do my lashes. I then grab my black ankle strap heels, and go downstairs and wait for Duke to arrive. By the time I was done getting ready, it was 6:55 so I just chilled on my couch scrolling on TikTok. I hear a knock on the door, and shout "Come in!!". It's Duke. He had on black jeans and a black dress shirt. It made his blonde hair and his eyes look so beautiful. Damn he looked so good. I smile and get up from the couch. I give Duke a hug and a kiss and grab my purse off of the counter. As I'm walking over to the door where Duke is he says "You look so beautiful" So you give him a smile and a little spin, and fancy walk out the door. He walks you to the car door, and opens it for you. You get in the car and he has your favourite song already playing in the car. "I can't wait for dinner, and I cannot wait to take you to a special place right after!!" Duke says as he looks over at you and smiles. "Ouu where are you taking me after dinner baby?" You say excitingly. "You'll see!!" Duke replies.
