  a lot of people don't take mental health seriously but it is something that you should look at and take care of. Mental health can affect how you think act and feel about life it can affect you and the people around you. So if you have any problems I recommend you tell other people cuz it's not going to fix itself. sometimes you can tell yourself that it's okay and no it's not and you think you're going to be all right about it but if you don't do something it will just get worse. so do something as soon as you can I don't like to think of it as a disease it is some people like to call it that but I don't think of it at that I think of it as a bump in a road. Cuz sometimes it might set you back a little bit but it all you get stronger than a lot of good coping skills from it.

Mental health can also cause eating disorders which are never good. I'm not too sure to press to have a lot of anxiety you won't eat or eat too much. if you eat too much you can die or get very ill. you can also not eat enough where you can be low on your blood sugar because you don't eat. And if you don't eat you just don't get low on blood sugar you didn't get low on a lot of other stuff that you need to live. but back to if you eat too much you can get overweight or you can like it if you don't eat like for second you will gain more weight to your body will go in shock. and when that happens it can be unhealthy.

with mental health, you can have anxiety can do a lot of bad things to your mind. sometimes with anxiety, you can feel like someone's following you or watching you when they're not. or when you leave to go out to hang out with friends or go to work sometimes you might think you left something on and worry about it when you didn't. even though anxiety sounds like a bad thing it can also be a good thing. sometimes anxiety helps you be more aware of your surroundings. so someone is watching you you already have the feeling so maybe you could just take a quick look around.

Another thing mental health issues related to is mood disorders. new disorders are when you can be perfectly fine a minute ago and then like two minutes later you're up to the point where you're screaming and yelling I speak from experience. Mood swings can be a hormonal Thing too but if not always is. If you having a mood swing contact someone that you trust Like maybe a therapist or a school teacher or your parents or any Guardians. they will know what to do and know how to help you. But if there is no one around to get some quiet and alone time with her to leave the situation. Sometimes listening to music can help you a lot to listen to your favorite music station or something and it will help you calm down. it's not a bad thing to have mood swings it is perfectly normal and you shouldn't have to feel bad about it.
