Blue Phoenix.

You had wings. They could set on fire any time you wanted. The flames are bright blue. You can control every single feather that comes off your wings. You can regrow your feather if you lose them but it takes a few hours. You got your quirk at birth and, now are amazing at using it. You were put in General Studies because you didn't have proper control over Blue Phoenix. Now you're spreading your wings and flying higher than you ever thought to be possible. (Pun intended I know I suck at jokes but plz be nice)
