Kate's POV
After that cemetery moment with Stefan, I decided to go home and change so I can meet up with Elena, Bonnie and Care and well the rest.

"I'm meeting Elena and the girls at the grill" I tell Aunt Jenna, "Okay, have fun. Wait, I got this. Don't stay out late, it's a school night."

I laugh but still answer. "Well done, Aunt Jenna." I open the door and see Stefan, words didn't want to come out until I said.
"Oh"

"Sorry, I was about to knock. I wanted to apologize for my disappearing act earlier. I know it was...strange." He tries to explain to me.
"No worries. I get it, blood makes you squeamish." I say to sound understanding.

"Um, something like that. How's your leg?"
Oh right the leg, wait how does he know where I live? "Oh, it's fine. Just a scratch, barely. How did you know where I lived?"

Please don't be a stalker, please don't be a creep, you're hot and perfect for my sister and I'm not setting her up with a serial killer... "It's a small town. I asked the first person I saw. Um, I thought you might want this back."

He then gives me my diary, Thank goodness. Elena would've killed me if she found out I lost it. "Oh, I must have dropped it. I--thank you."

"Don't worry, I didn't...read it." Fucking thank you I would've been embarrassed.
"No? Why not? Most people would have."I tell him till he said, "Well, I wouldn't want anyone to read mine." Wow so I was right, he's a writer... watch out Bonnie I'm the new psychic

"You keep a journal?" I say to keep the conversation going, "Yeah, if I don't write it down, I forget it. Memories are too important." He's so- perfect for Elena gosh

"I'm meeting with my sister and friends. Do you want to come?" And he nods

Mystic Grill
before I walked in the grill with Stefan, I let Elena know that I was bringing her future boyfriend, we walked in and I see Elena coming towards us.

I leave to give them some alone time and sit down at the table with my friends till I hear Matt say, "more time, huh" he then looks at me with a mean face then at Stefan

"Calm down Matty, jealousy isn't a good look on you" and Tyler just laughs and heads to play 8 ball.
Bonnie giggles so no one else hears her but I heard her clearly.

Matt left to work and they sat with us till Caroline spoke up to get Stefan's attention, "So, you were born in Mystic Falls?" I love Care, but I swear she would do anything for attention. She needs to find someone who loves her for who she is.

"Mm-Hmm. And moved when I was still young." He responded so this time Bonnie asked him a question, "Parents?"
"My parents passed away." Then all eyes were on me and Elena.

"I'm sorry. Any siblings?" Elena said to make it less awkward.
"None that I talk to. I live with my uncle." Wow so he must not get along with them.

"So, Stefan, if you're new, then you don't know about the party tomorrow." Care says again to get his attention that's on Elena and I
"It's a back to school thing at the falls." Bonnie explains to him.

He looks at Elena and I and says "Are you girls going?" So Bonnie answers for us
"Of course they are" with a huge smile.

Mystic Falls High School
as we're in class and Mr.Tanner dickhead is being a little bitch, he calls out Bonnie to answer his question, like as if anyone was paying attention—

"How many casualties resulted in this battle? Ms. Bennett?" He says with an evil STUPID face so I eye roll
"Um...a lot? I'm not sure. Like a whole lot." She tells him in a shy voice.
