I get home from school to see my mom, an angry look on her face. Then I see it, that Geometry quiz with a big fat F circled in red on the top right hand corner of the paper, crumpling her hand. Before I can even get a word out. She yells.
"Rebecca!! I am so tired of you failing all your tests! You need to study! Until you can bring your grade up to an A, no phone!" I run up to my room and lock the door. I cry into my pillow for what feels like hours. Like me failing wasn't hard enough, I had to deal with my mom yelling at me.
