Step 1: Set a goal.

Setting a goal makes you want to lose weight more. Make it simple, don't start with a ridiculous goal.

Step 2: Make a plan.

Find some time in between practices and school. Start an excersice routine to fill the gaps.

Step 3: Eat Healthy.

Eat five small every day. About every 3-4 hours. You won't feel as hungry and your blood sugar will be steady.

Step 4: Eat sitting. Not standing.

Have one specific place where you will eat. This will make sure your not rotting your brain in ront of the T.V. Take your time and chew from 15-30 seconds.

Step 5: When you snack, choose healthier foods. Not chips or candy.

If you really hate veggies, have some hummus or peanut butter with them. You can also have unsalted nuts. Greek yogurt is great too. It boosts you metabolism and tastes great. Popcorn is an excellent munchie too. )minus the salt and butter.

Step 6: Ask for smaller portions at meal time.

It's easier than trying to eat everything you have got. But try it on a smaller plate. It tricks your brain to think your eating more, but really, you are eating less.

Step 7: Drink at least 8 cups of water a day.

Take short sips. Slow sips. You have to drink them all at once. It will make you feel more full.

Mini Step: Try sucking mints instead of chewing gum.

Step 8: Walk anytime you can.

The average person burns 6 calories a minute just from walking. Try walking a mile the first day. Get a little longer each day. Try taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

Step 9: Excersice

It doesn't matter how you excersice, just excesice! If you do it 3-4 times a week, you chould lose weight. If you don't have a treandmill, find a pool. Go into waist high water, then try runing in place. This burns more weight than any trendmill.

Step 10: Record your progress.

Keep up with what you eat and write down major changes. Measure your body part that is supposed to lose weight every week. Know what diets you can try. Keep up with your calorie intake and outake.

Now just be patient, and have confidence!

If you are more confident with your plan, it is most likely to work! So, don't give up!
