(y/n) (l/n) a third year at Nekoma high school. She had been the team manager for two years. She got along with everyone on the team, and even got invited places with them! You were a very beautiful young woman you had (h/l) (h/c)hair and beautiful (e/c) eyes, "anyone could get lost in those eyes of yours" that's what your best friend kuroo said to you the first day you met. You were very smart, top of your class! And you were very very popular. Everyone knew you even the first years, and it was because of how nice you are towards other people. But as soon as someone steps out of line you make sure to put them in their place, and that's what a certain bed headed volleyball captain loved about you.

~Time skip~

" hey (n/n)!" one of the players on the boys volleyball team said

"Hello m'lady how are you?" another teammate said

"Hey-yo gorgeous, how was your weekend?" the flirtatious team captain said to you leaving you with a small tint of red on your cheeks,"o-oh hey guys i'm good wha 'bout you, and kurro please don't lie to me it's not nice." you said nervously you didn't like all the attention yet you still got it. "Lie?! To you i would never,....wait what did i lie about?" kurro said, "you called me gorgeous and i-i'm not...hehehe." you said nervously. Those few words you said made the whole team stare in disbelief, " NOT GORGEOUS ARE YOU KIDDING!!???" the team yelled in union. "I-i-i i'm sorry, please disregard what I said and practice. You play Kurasuno high in a practice game in a few days." you pleaded and they did as they were told all of them except kurro. "(y/n), can we talk after school and practice?" he said gently, in which you replied "u-uhm y-yeah hehe sure." you answered nervously rubbing the back of your neck.

~time skip (again i know i'm sorry)~\

It was after school and the boys had just finished practice and you were getting ready to leave, until you remembered kurro wanted to talk to you. You waited patiently for kurro humming a catchy tune (die for you by the weekend) "wow you should sing for me one day" kuroo chuckles "i- uh hehe yeah maybe" you giggled at the thought "what'd you wanna talk about?" you say getting your composure back. "Why'd you say you aren't gorgeous?" he didn't even have to think "it's just how i feel-" you said getting cut off by kurro "so when guys AND girls look at you in awe and in amazement its because what?! Your uglly?" he said in an angry tone that made your eyes tear up "(y/n) you are the most beautiful girl i have ever seen why do you think i don't let you walk to and from school alone?" he said gently holding your cheeks in his hands. Your face turns a familiar tint of red and your eyes are full of tears just waiting to come out "i-i don't know but-i i just don't know what you see it's not beautiful though!" you didnt raise your voice in fact you said that in a whisper. As the tears fall he pulls you close to him "(y/n) you are so beautiful and from now on i'm going to tell you everyday until it sticks in your brain and even after that i'm still going to tell you because like i said i will never lie to you." he speaks in a gentle and soft voice 'his voice he's so amazing' you thought to yourself "i love you" you whispered but not loud enough for him to hear. Truth be told you've always had a little crush on him that's grown bigger every time you see him."i-i should get going now my parents aren't home this week so i have make dinner and feed the animals" you said softly " you think you could walk me?" you ask looking up at him staring into his beautiful hazel-no topaz eyes 'they're so beautiful' you thought as that familiar light blush depend "now why would i say no to that?" he joked.as you and him walked side by side he gently grabs your hand and loops his fingers with yours. Not looking at him (to hide your blush). You walk up to your house porch and turn to him still holding hands, "thank you" he looks at you in confusion "what for?" he asked " for," you sigh,"everything the compliments, for walking me home, and for just being my frien-" you pause and sigh again "friend it means a lot" the last part you said half halfheartedly which isn't like you "what's wrong? Are you ok?" kuroo asks with a worried tone in his voice and a worried look on his face " i- hehe nothing i'm fine welp goodnight" you say kurro looks at you and you already know what he's going to say before he says it " i'm ok kuroo" you unlock your door and your eyes tear up again but before you open it you turn around and get on your tippy-toes and kiss him on the cheek "good night" you whisper softly in his ear. Both of a blushing mess you go in your house eyes still holding in tears as you slide against your door. Knees to you chest and you sob thinking kurro left but he didn't he was still in shock from the kiss you gave him on the cheek

~kuroo's p.o.v~

I was just about to walk away until I heard her crying. It was faint but loud enough to the point I could hear it. I lightly knocked on her door to hear her gasp. " hey (y/n) can i come in?" I hear the door unlock and she slowly opens "uh huh" she says sniffling. I walk in "hey, what's wrong?" I asked for her to just hug me and i hugged her back "baby you gotta talk to me if you want me to help please tell me what's up '' I didn't mean to say baby but I like how it sounded. I liked calling her beautiful and gorgeous. I love her. "I" she sighs " i like someone, a lot, and they act like they like me back but i just don't think someone like y- t-them would like me" my heart hurt hearing that she liked someone but there was still a chance that i was the one she liked and i wasn't letting her go that easily. "Well, " I paused, "you are amazing and I know I say it a lot but it's because it's true. So if whoever it is you like, in MY opinion doesn't deserve a princess like you. I mean look at you, you're amazing even when you cry. I mean don't get me wrong I hate seeing you like this but you're still so beautiful." i said hoping it would help but instead she cried harder " believe me he is way better than me i'm in love with him and he- he just says things he doesn't mean. Even when y- he says he does i feel like he doesn't mean it." love how could she love someone she's supposed to love me we could be so happy together i'd never break her heart and i'd never let her be sad! "(y/n) i have to ask you something and you can't lie" i said harshly, i couldn't help it i had to know who it was "what's up churro?" my princess look at you already lighting up. I chuckled "Who are you talking about."
