Chapter 14

"So, when is this thing over?", Bakugou asks. "Just a few more weeks", I answer and sees the so "undercover" policemen standing on the train.

"Everyone wanted to talk to me on the train", Mina says. "Me too", Kirishima says. The door opens and Mr. Aizawa comes in. "Good morning", he says. He looks around the class. "So Miss (L/N), how's it going with the training?", Mr. Aizawa asks. I shoot him a death glare. He knows I hate attention. "Um, fine I guess", I answer. "Care to tell what happens in the training?", he keeps pressing. "I thought they told you". "Well, yeah, but I don't trust them", he says. "Well, every day I'm pushed into a big room, have you heard of that?", I ask. He nods. "Well, have you heard they torture me?", I ask. "They do what?", he says. "Yeah, it's so fun. They kick me and hits me and if I go into the Avatar state, they electrified me and goes on until their hours are up. Like it's so fun, to get beaten", I say in a cheery voice, but clearly sarcastic. He walks out the door and the eyes fall to me. "Really? You get beating up?", Sero asks. I nod and take my shirt off to show the many bruises. Some gaps, others have one idea of what to do. The door opens and Present Mic comes in, "Hey, Shota, do....", he stops when he sees me. "WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED?", he yells and Mr. Aizawa comes in. "They apparently beat her, to make sure she doesn't go into the avatar state", Mr. Aizawa says. Present Mic looks over my stomach and back to my face. "Why didn't you say anything? You have been going to that for weeks", Present Mic asks. "They said, 'if you tell the teachers we will make sure they lose their job', but I'm kinda sick of it", I say. I put my shirt back on and sits down. "Wait, so those policemen in the train was there to make sure you didn't tell anyone?", Bakugou asks. I nod. "Well back to you Mr. Aizawa. You don't have bandages on anymore so that's good", I say and turn to Shota. "What? We can't just go back as nothing happened", Mr. Aizawa says. "I trust you guys to handle it, I'm going back today, you can follow if you want", I say. Both men nod. "Well, if we're just going back to the lesson, then you have an important lesson today", Mr. Aizawa says. "Time to pick your hero name and internships", he finishes. I look over to the door, Present Mic waves goodbye and walks away. My classmates stand up and Mr. Aizawa's eyes light red. "Now here are the totals for those of you who got offers", Mr. Aizawa says and pushes a bottom. A tiny screen comes up, with the different names. There aren't many who picked me, which is understandable. "Midoriya, you got none", Mineta says. "Well, cutiepie. If I was a pro hero, I would have picked you", I say and smiles. "You loser, you can't pick people just because you think they're cute", Bakugou says and chuckles. We don't really talk much about what happened before I was driving away. Some light flirting never hurt, right? "Well, I would have picked you too", I say and wink at him.

"Well, I wouldn't have picked you". "What, to scared you wouldn't be able to take your eyes off me?", I say with a flirty tone. He leans in and whispers, "Maybe", he says. I giggle and he leans back in his chair. "Excuse me, but what was that?", Denki asks. "Yeah, we know you flirt in the hallway, but in class?", Kirishima says. "Ugh, shut up" Bakugou says. I reach over and grabs his collar and pulls so we are a few inches from each other. "We can flirt everywhere we want, right Bakubabe?", I ask in a flirty tone. He grabs my collar too, "Yeah, we can, love", he says. "Miss (L/N), remember last time you flirted like that?", Mr. Aizawa says. I let go of Bakugou's collar. "That's was one time", I say and looks at Mr. Aizawa. "Ohh, do tell", Sero says. "Noo", I say. "Ummmmm, the lesson won't continue until you tell us", Denki says. I look at Mr. Aizawa, he's just smirking. That motherfucker. "Ugh, fine, but don't laugh", I start, my classmates shake their heads. "Okay, seventh grade, just straight into love. Okay, straight and straight. I fell in love with this person. I would flirt every day or drop hints that I liked them, but noo, love was blind and stupid. They rejected me and I was heartbroken and after that I swore to myself never to flirt again", I finish. "Wow, I expected something like: I tried to flirt and ended up throwing up", Kirishima says. "Yeah, tried that", I answer. "Wait, what was the guy's name?", Mineta asks. I look to Mr. Aizawa for help, but there's no help from him. "Ummm, I don't remember", I say in a shaky voice. "Come on, don't be shy", Sero says. "Ummm, her name was Mai", I answer. "Wait? Her?", Mina asks. I nod. "Do you like girls. Are you up for a threeway?", Mineta asks. I send him a death glare. "Do you only like girls?", Bakugou asks. "No, I like all genders. I'm pansexual", I answer. "Pan-what?", Iida asks. "Is this okay?", I ask Mr. Aizawa. "You have to be quick", he says. "Pansexual is when you like all genders, like: boys, girls, trans, nonbinary. It's doesn't mean I think pans are hot", I answer. "Ohhhh", they say. "So, do you accept me?", I ask. "Oh, yes, I do", Bakugou is the first one to answer. "Thank you", I say. "Me too", Midoriya says. I hear "me too" over the class. I'm so happy. "Thank you", I say. "Umm, I have a question", Tokoyami says. "Shoot", I say. "Is being pan one of the reasons you are suicidal?", he asks. "Well, yeah. At my old school, people weren't nice to me because I'm pan and let me tell you. That girl Mai didn't make it any easier", I answer. He nods. "Okay, continue Shota", I say. He nods, "Just because you didn't get any offers, you'll still have an internship with a pro", Mr. Aizawa says. "Your hero names will be temporarily, but take them seriously..." Mr. Aizawa says. Midnight slams the door down and she is looking beautiful as ever. "What you'll choose today, could be your hero name forever", Midnight says. "Midnight will have the final 'look over', before you decide", Mr. Aizawa says and finds his sleeping bag. Papers are passed out, the same with pens. Some already know, while others like me, don't know. Maybe I should take my father's name. Avatar has always been the pro hero name and if I become a pro hero and not a villain, maybe I should just take it. Tsuyu is the first to get her name to accept. Hero names are just getting thrown around in the class.
