One month later

"That was the most creepiest webtoon I've ever read." I say to myself at 2 am while I finish reading a webtoon called "Killstagram." I put my tab down on the bed.

The protagonist just can't catch a break. I wouldn't be able to survive what she's been going through.

It's the month of February and one month has passed by so quickly. We had winter holidays at the start of January. We've all been keeping in touch with each other. Jun, Asher, Sky and me. Our groupchat would be full of messages deciding what to do when we would be bored. We did come up with good ideas to keep our laziness away and hung out once in a while.

Jun and I... We're alot closer now. No. Not dating yet. Kind of just in the middle. Guess we both are too shy to admit to each other. But I know, one day we will.

Its the weekend. Actually, the last day of the weekend. There are only two days left until our winter formal and I've made up my mind on who I will ask out to go with me. It's going to be Sky. The two of us have changed up the idea to go to the formal together instead of taking the boys with us.

My sister, Zoe. Will be driving both of us to college that day. We girls went shopping a few days ago to pick out a dress and I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice. It fits well and the color really suits my naturally tanned skin.

Sky had a hard time choosing what she would want to wear because she's not really familiar with wearing many dresses and well Zoe and I were there to rescue her with that situation. Zoe, as a fashion designer just knew what would look right on her.

We also picked our matching accessories and shoes. Took us four hours max. For shopping. I don't regret a thing. But my legs do.

...

"The auditorium looks great Sky! Can't believe there is only one day left." I tell Sky as I reach the fancy and decorated auditorium almost looking ready for the formal. It's the next day at college and the students who participated for decorating are all too invested in their work.

"I hope everything turns out perfect! The DJ is set. The theme looks good. What do you say Maya, do you like the colors? I went for silver and white, appropriate for the season." She says. I can tell she's really tired and anxious.

"Yes! Sky you did great managing. Don't be nervous, I'm sure everything will run smoothly." I assure her and pat her on the back.

Sky gives me a fond smile and looks at the corner where Asher is putting up a disco ball. She facepalms herself and trudges towards him.

"Hey! What do you think you're doing? The disco ball is supposed to be at the centre of the stage. Who told you to put it at the corner?" She speaks loudly and directs him.

"Ah I'm sorry... That girl over there told me to put this up over here so I was following her advice." Asher says as he glances at her. He comes down from the ladder holding a shiny disco ball in his hands and scratches the back of his head.

Sky looks over to the girl and sighs.

"Is she managing this place or me? You should be following my directions. Not hers." She says. She looks done with everyone at this point and I can't imagine how she's able to handle her part. She's good at bossing around I must add.

"Ah alright.. I will be more careful Sky. Cheer up." He says placing his hand on her shoulder and gives her a smile.

"I would cheer up if you wouldn't be so blind." Sky says to him.

Asher opens his eyes wide in pure shock from her statement.

"I apologise again. But if you don't mind can I borrow your glasses then?" He says and Sky crosses her eyebrows in confusion.
