Thoughts run wild
Thoughts of
Anything unimportant
Like how, today,
Your eyes were bright with excitement
Or how your hair was perfect,
Even though it was messy
Or how your laugh is like
The most beautiful music
Or how your smile is the sun
That brightens up my day
Or how the worried look
On your face
Breaks my heart,
Because it's for me
Even when I smile at you
And say I'm okay
I can see you don't believe me,
But you leave it alone anyway
I cannot believe
You actually care about me
