Being a girl who loved her home town of Wisconsin, it was a big struggle to move to California. I hadn't even been to a beach before this. People here barely wear any clothes, while everyone back home is bundled up for the winter. I didn't have any summer clothes so my mom took me to buy some and that didn't go well. I never realized that I don't exactly have the summer bod so shopping was a struggle. I guess I'll have to work out more. I hear there are lots of sharks in the water especially this time of year. I'm not too scared, but I didn't plan on going in the water anyway. I've never actually swam so I guess I don't know how. This isn't going to be easy especially since my dad is still in Wisconsin and we are here. My mom said they are "on a break" and let's face it, that break will be forever. They always acted like I couldn't hear the fighting, I mean I'm not deaf. The worst part of it all is that I found a pregnancy test in the garbage in the bathroom. My older sister left us a long time ago to be with the "love of her life"so it can't be hers.
I guess you could say that maybe there's a shark in the water.
