"We tried our best." The doctor spoke.

"W-what do you mean?!" I looked at him. My hands were shivering.

"He should be awake by now but he is still not awake." He continued. "He only has time till midnight and if he is still not awake by then...I am sorry. We can't help it." He finished his sentence.

The doctors walked away from here. I looked down with my tightened fists. It's all because of me. I should have stayed away from him no matter what. It's all my fault.

I just stood there with guiltiness not letting me go inside.

TIME SKIP...

It's 11:50 PM. He should be awake by now right. But I didn't dare to go inside. I gathered up all my strength and slowly started going towards the room. I went inside and saw Jungkook lying on the bed.

I quickly walked to him. He.....He is still not awake?! My heartbeat became uneven. I couldn't move my hands.

"J-Jungkook...please!" I spoke as I tightened the grip on his hand.

"Please." Tears made their way down my cheeks. "I-I told you not to cry." I looked him as soon as I heard his voice.

"Your eyes are puffy. Did you cry a lo-" I hugged him! "I-I am sorry! It's my fault." I said while crying hard. He patted my back.

"It's not your fault. And do you think a few bullets can kill me?!" I looked at him with tears still wandering in my eyes. I looked down.

"After seeing you, worrying for me" I looked at him. "It would be better if I get hurt everyday. You care for me only when I am hurt." I glared at him. He chuckled.

I took a long breath. "I called Jin, they will be here soon." He nodded. And I left from there. As soon as, I got out of there.
I saw Jin and the others coming towards me.

They came to me.

"How is he?!" Jin asked me.

"He is fine now. And Jin...I am ending the contract of collaboration as the mission is completed now. And also-" They continued to listen.

"I am sorry. It's my fault that he is-"

"It's not your fault." Suga spoke. "He is right. If that brat didn't save you, I would have killed him myself." I smiled as I cleaned my tears with my hands.

"Y/n...go home. You must have been tired. We will stay here." I nodded and left from here.

NEXT DAY!!!

I woke up. The first thought that came to my mind...is Jungkook. I hope he is feeling well now.

I got up and did my morning routine and went down the stairs. "Good morning." She said while chatting with someone.

"Who are you chatting with? Is it taehyung?!" I asked her.

"How do you know?!"

"Your face shows it clearly." I sighed.

"Y/n...do you know something, taehyung and I are together now." She spoke. "Oh...good for you." She looked at me.

"What happened to you?! You are like this from yesterday." She looked at me with a worried face.

"Nothing happened. And also...I have to go somewhere. I will be back soon." She nodded.

And I left from there.

I started going to the place where I asked Chanyeol to come.

Yesterday, I called Chanyeol and asked him to come to a place today. I should give him an answer today. It's not good to make him wait for too long.

After a long ride, I reached to that place. I saw Chanyeol waiting for me.

I walked over to him.

"Did I make you wait for too long?!" He shook his head as a No.

I nodded.

"So.." He looked at me. "Are you going to reject me?!" I looked at him with wide eyes. He chuckled.

And I slowly nodded.

"Well...well, it's the first time I got rejected by a girl. I will take this as my experience." I looked down.

"Hey, don't feel bad. I am happy as long as you are happy." He winked at me.

"And also...tell me if that Jungkook troubles you, I will break his bones." I chuckled.

When does he not trouble me?! I sighed.

"Okay then. I have to go, Y/n. Otherwise, Mr. Han won't be leave me alone." I smiled and nodded.

With that, he left from here.

I leaned onto the pole seeing the pleasing beach.

My mission is done.

And I have solved everything.
