y/n pov:

I was unpacking all my stuff into my new room in reseda, with my brother Daniel when I hear someone call my name, "yes?" I ask the person calling my name. "can you come down here and go out and make friends with your brother please?" "yeah." I go down stairs and grab my skateboard and walk out the door with Daniel. he grabs his bike and we start on our way down the streets. 

me and Daniel stop and see a karate dojo called 'cobra kai' nice. I've always wanted to learn karate snd I know Daniel does too. "hey you wanna check out the karate dojo?" he nods and puts his bike down and I just pick up my skateboard. we walk into the dojo and see boys dressed in red and black. a blond kid catches my eye and we made eye contact. I look away and see Daniel looking at the dojo in awe "can I help you?" the sensei asked, "sorry, me and my sister just saw the dojo and thought we would take a quick look, well leave. sorry for interrupting." Daniel explained, "no, its fine right sensei?" the blond said to his sensei, the sensei just hummed in response. I place my skateboard down and just stare at everyone, "so what are your names?" "oh, sorry. im y/n LaRusso, and this is my twin brother Daniel." "you have a beautiful name, y/n. im bobby brown." "and im not interested." everyone in the room 'ooh's and I just laugh. "im Johnny Lawrence," the blond came up to me and held his hand out, I shook his hand and Daniel just pulled me away and whispered, "he doesn't seem like a good guy, just try stay away from him please. for me," I nod, "ok Danny, ill try and stay away from him. but only because youre my best friend." "aw thanks" he 'gushed' I laugh at him and he just smiles. "alright we gotta go, later karate hotties, sensei sexy." I joke, I see Johnny and bobby look down blushing slightly. 

me and Daniel go home before dark, and then I remember something. "mom?" I call out for her "in the kitchen," I walk to the kitchen and ask her "can I join this karate class? me and Danny found this karate dojo called cobra kai" "you know how I feel about karate, and I dont want you getting hurt,""im fine, really.its not that hard anyway," she just sighs, "fine, you can do it." "thank you! thank you! thank you!" I jump up and down and then hug her. "hey, what's happening?" Danny asks coming in, "she finally let me join karate." "at cobra kai?" I nod "you called then 'karate hotties' and 'sensei sexy'" I laugh and my mom looks at me "you really did that? how bold." I just laugh again. 

I walk to my room after sitting in the living room with Daniel talking about karate at cobra kai. I just sit at my bed and think about what its going to be like in reseda instead of back home. I end up falling asleep in the middle of my thoughts.
