chapter 9 School dilemma

Deku's: P.O.V

we walked into the school holding hands. when I got to my Cubbie Locker she turned to me.

"ribbit, I'm going to recovery girl to see if I could take these bandages off my arm. they really getting itchy. I'll see you in class, okay".

then she kissed me on my cheek and walked off.

I sighed. I can't believe it she's been by girlfriend for two weeks now.

but we really haven't done any couple stuff. it's either we have too much work to do or we're too tired after a mission so we end up falling asleep instead.

I mean I don't mind sleeping next to her but I would rather talk to her then sleep.

this is getting frustrating. who knew being in a relationship could be this hard. probably any adult ever.

we spend a lot of time together doing or partner missions but we're too busy saving people and you can't talk or goof around or someone might get hurt on your behalf.

I would hardly call that a date. plus she got hurt last time.

flashback 3 days ago on the mission:

"tsu I'll get these people over here while you get the other side"

I screamed from the other side of the debris

"okay I'm on it ribbit".

left and right she was pulling people out of the debris.

"it's okay, you'll be okay, I'm here, don't worry I'm here to rescue you, don't worry I'm the rainy day season hero froppy and I'm here to rescue you it will be okay".

her words was reassuring like she was already a professional. what we got them out of the debris.

we were supposed to bring them to the medical station we set up where Momo and Todoroki will be waiting for them.

as tsuyu was taking civilians to of the medical station. she heard a scream.

she told the civilians to stay put and what to the persons Aid.

turns out there was a little girl standing next to a pile of debris and her parents was trapped under it.

she quickly lift the the huge pile of debris with her own strength in got to the civilians out.

as soon as the civilians or out the huge block crumbled and turned into smaller blocks taking tsuyu down with it.

Tsuyu was buried under a pile of debris. as soon as I saw it I ran over there to help her.

I dug her out. and she got up with no hesitation. I tried to ask her if she was okay. but she pushed past me.

and worried about the civilians instead she asked if they were okay if nothing was broken.

they thanked her and went to the medical set up. I asked her if she was okay she said she was fine it was just a scratch. I touched her arm and she pulled away from me.

immediately I knew that her arm was broken. so I made her switch places with Momo.

for the rest of the mission she was in the medical area. with a broken arm and still a smile on her face.

that day I was scared to lose her even though I just got her. so I want to spend more time with her than ever but due to a rough schedule that's not happening anytime soon. I close my cubby Locker. and headed to class.

when I got in I was greeted with a handshake from Eda, a hug from urraca, a good morning from Todoroki, and a menacing glare from bakugou.

I made my way to my desk sat down and put my bag down next to it. it looked at her desk and she wasn't there.
