    Villianous part 2

                                            Two weeks  later

I sat down at a empty table in the cafeiteria with my lunch. Colby sat down facing me.

"Dude, whats up with the city giving Flagster that statue?" he asked. "Other metas have done things better than what he did." I nodded in agreement.

"See, this is why I want to be a 'villian.' I could change the world!" I said. I was about to say more but a hand grabbed the back of my shirt.

"Hey there skunk strip!" a voice wispered into my ear. "What's going on?" My face was suddenly smashed into my lasanga.

"Dillion, stop it!" Colby said.

"Dillion stop it!" Dillion mimiced cruelly. "You two are chumps!" He lifted my head out of my lunch. According to the principle's son, Dillion had only been allowed at school because of his skills at football. With his good looks, and grades he stayed on the team. But Colby and I knew his true side. He was a bully. And those grades? He cheated, mainly off of Colby and I. If we tried to tell he would threaten to beat us to a pulp. I was tempted to used my powers to get back at him, but I would expose my self as a meta human, and that would be bad. So I had to let him bully us.

"Dillion, your a real jerk!" Dillion shoved my face back into my lunch and let go of my shirt. I looked up to see Kate glaring up at him. She poked him in the chest.

"Don't you ever, pick on my friends again!" she snarled.

Dillion steped back in suprise. Not suprising, considering that every girl up until now had always fallen for him. He blinked in suprise and then regained his composure.

"Look, baby doll, I wasn't picking on them. We've known each other for years. We're like brothers, right guys?" He gave us a look that said, "don't abondon me now or so help me you will regret it.". I wiped the sauce off my face with a napkin.

"Heh, yeah." I said quickly. "Best friends!" Colby added.

Kate glanced skepticly at us and then back to Dillion.

"What ever. Just clear out gym rat." she snapped at him.

"Alright, beautiful." he said. "Thats cool with me." He lumbered over to the table with a bunch of other football players and sat down. Kate set down her tray and books next to me.

"You ok?" she asked.

"Yeah, just tired. Late night."

"Studying?"

"Yeah." I replied. That wasn't true of course. Over the past few nights, the League of Villians had been giving me missions to collect parts for a device. They wouldn't tell me exactly what it was but the parts were odd, like twenty pounds of copper wireing or lead shavings. And of course, she was there to stop me. This may sound odd, but she and I actually seemed to get along. She even let me escape on several occasions. In turn, I saved her life a few times, like when she nearly fell into a vat of molten steel at a copper refinery. I even got the courage to asked her out on a date, (the answer was no of course, but you can't blame a guy for trying). Colby and I had improved our friendship and he even became my sort of mission control for missions. Flagster was still a problem though. When ever I did something heroic, like save a bus from falling off a bridge, he always arrived to take the credit. At the most, I was called 'a sidekick'. Sure, that was some recognion, but it still wasn't fair.

Twenty minutes later, the bell rang. I threw my half eaten lunch in the trash and went into the hall way and found my locker. I wrenched it open. Everything was gone. My text books, laptop, writing notebooks everything! I saw a crumpled up piece of paper sitting in the corner of the locker. I unfolded it. "Hey looser! Try learning with out boooks!" it read. There was only one person with that spelling. Dillion.
