Chapter Five

JUNGKOOK shakes his head as soon as his sight went blurred before cursing on his head and blaming himself for drinking alcohol until he passes out.

He owes his secretary for bringing him home.

While walking he starts greeting back his employees as he makes his way to the elevator, but as his index finger touches the button for the elevator to open. A shout of his name caused him to halt on what he was doing and turn around in shock.

"Jungkook!" It was none other than his secretary Jung Hoseok who's breathing heavily like he just ran on a marathon.

"Oh? Hoseok-Hyung! Why are you looking like you just ran a marathon?" Jungkook joked causing Hoseok to roll his eyes at what the younger joked. But, he let it, aside and let out a breath to make sure he can say what he'll about to say without cracking his voice.

"The deal with Choi Airlines Company," Jungkook blink his eyes, quite surprised. "They accept the deal...Ms. Choi's secretary called saying that Ms. Choi accepts the deal, finally." Hoseok continues with a big smile before watching Jungkook face the elevator and push the button that makes the door instantly opened.

"And also...Ms. Choi wants to talk with you about it." Hoseok added as they step inside and also as he pushes the level where Jungkook's office is. "Just with you." This peak Jungkook's interest, some news says that Ms. Choi is still single and didn't have a boyfriend in the past.

"If you're thinking about hitting on her... don't even start thinking about it because I know that a guy like you can't make the emotionless Ms. Choi fell for you." Jungkook flinched at what Hoseok said and look at the older who's busy reading something.

Jungkook pouted while looking at Hoseok. "That's so mean, Hyung."

Hoseok gave him a side glance before looking back at the folder. "I'm just saying the truth...and I don't think Ms. Choi would ever fall in love." Jungkook just stays silent and looks up to see that they're almost a few floors away from his office.

"What is the time will the meeting starts?" Jungkook asked causing Hoseok to look at his wristwatch.

"Around lunchtime." He just nods his head thinking about the other CEO. He starts thinking what her appearance probably she's quite older than him and watching her being interviewed while wearing a black dress with long sleeves and face covered with a mask...also wearing a fancy hat didn't help Jungkook to see any glimpse of that Ms. Choi's face.

She's like a mystery that Jungkook wants to solve. Then, his mind wandered off of that Park Yuju — who took his interest just standing in front of him looking emotionless and also a savage with a huge hint of sassiness.

He never met someone who's not swooning over him and also someone who looks at him like she was disgusted just by looking at him.

"I'll search for that woman."

"Who's that woman you were saying?" Jungkook snapped out of his thought when he realized that he let out his thought out loud. Jungkook gives the older a smile before shaking his head.

"Nothing, Hyung." He reassured but still earned a suspicious look from the older.

"Yeah, nothing," Hoseok mumbled before shaking his head, quite disappointed to the latter.

A 'ding' sound snap the two and they wait for the door to open before walking out of the elevator. Jungkook just looking lay back with his hands inside his pockets while Hoseok was walking beside him folders on his hand while his chin is up looking confident and professional.

The employees who also happen to work at the level the same as Jungkook's office greeted their CEO who greeted them back with a nod a small smile.

As soon as they walk inside of Jungkook's office. The younger went to his chair and open his computer before looking at his wrist clock, he sighed kinda getting nervous all of the sudden but why? Why he—Jeon Jungkook, have overflowing confidence is getting nervous at just the thought of meeting the Ice Queen of the business industry. +

"She really must be an old woman," Jungkook muttered before massaging his temples as he looks at his computer before turning around to look out of the building.

"Jungkook, Ms. Choi's secretary just called and she said that the scheduled time was moved and you have 30 minutes to go to Choi's company." As a cue, Jungkook turns his chair around looking at Hoseok in a dumbfounded way — mouth agape and eyes wide as a saucer.

"What?!" Jungkook blurted out and standing up, quite quickly causing his chair to roll away from him.

"Did she says that I can bring you there?" Jungkook asked, recovered to the sudden announcement. He straightens his tuxedo by tugging it, softly.

"Yes, you can," Hoseok responds earning a nod from Jungkook before they walk out of the office and went to the elevator.

"How many minutes we still have?" Jungkook asked as he parks his car and went in front of the building earning a greet from employees of Choi's Company.

"Half of it," Hoseok replied while looking at his wrist clock before jogging to the elevator as he notices it and pushes the button for it to open. As the door opens they step inside and close the door, Hoseok pushes the level button.

After a few minutes, the elevator makes a 'ding' sound before opening. So, the two-step outside of it and walk to Yuna's office.

As soon as Hoseok opens the door for Jungkook. Jungkook's eyes landed on the chair that was facing its back from them but as soon as the chair turns around to face them, he looks at the person in shock before start cursing in his head as the icy look on her way directly on him.

The woman who's looking at him with such coldness is the one who took his interest at the bar.

Park Yuju is the one and only Ice Queen, the Choi Airlines Company CEO...

And the one and only mysterious Choi Yuna.
