Princess Charlotte learned at a young age that she could have anything she could ever want, as long as she behaved; as long as she remained the dainty beautiful princess her parents - and the kingdom - wanted her to be. But she felt there was always something missing, something that kept her from feeling complete: the desperate longing for adventure.
When her escape from the castle ends in disaster, will the princess be able to find her way home alive and well? Or perhaps never make it home at all?
