"Oh. Yeah. Oopsie. Thank you Belle" Corey replied, flashing me the grin that I'd already knew well. That was the first conversation that we had with each other, if you could call it that. 1st grade, an assignment on what our dream house would look like. That was 7 years ago. Now, we were practically glued to each others sides.
"Belle?"
"Yeah?"
Corey paused, thinking. "We're always gonna be friends, right? Like, even when we're at rival colleges and against each other in that aspect. No matter what, we'll be friends, okay?"
"Well duh Corey! Always and forever, and I don't care how cheesy that sounds either"
"Okay," he said assured, giving me an easy smile.
That was 3 years ago from now. Two years from out first and last fight, two years from when I moved away.
