Zayn sees Harry "Lou is that the nerd?"

Harry lifts single weights then goes heavier each time
Louis watching him while drinking water then goes back to lifting
Harry goes to the bench press "hey are you done with that?"
Louis looks at his body and almost drops the weight on his throat
Harry catches it with one hand "woah be careful do you have a spotter?"
Louis shocked "uh yeah Zayn he went to the bathroom"
Harry smirks "okay so uh can I use this while you wait?"
Louis nods "sure" gets up
Harry adds more weight onto it and lies down and lifts the weight twenty times and walks off to the bar and does fifteen pull ups and then fifteen pushups

Niall runs in "hey ma dudes wanna come to Nando's"
Zayn smiles at Niall's actions "hey bro"
Louis smiles "hey Niall" turns to Zayn "let's shower and get some food with Niall"

Niall looks at them "you wouldn't catch me in a gym"
Harry smiles at Niall "hi I'm Harry"
Niall stares at his abs "I'm Niall and I love Nando's"
Harry smiles and laughs "hi Niall I gotta go"
Niall smirks at him and shouts "Okay Harry you sexy beast"
Harry gets in the shower but forgets to lock the door
Louis walks into the shower
Harry turns around and sees Louis naked "omg"
