I was just lying on my bed, scrolling onto my phone while I was online in messenger. Looking for something and catch up with my friends, old friends and new friends/classmate.
Well, I was feeling so bored with my routine. In the morning I have to eat then bath after that scroll and browse in facebook or chat someone on messenger and etc. to have somtehing to do out of boredom.
Quarantine really makes me so bored and I miss my usual routine which is to study and hang out with my friends.
I was not an active person on either of the two social medias mentioned above but right now somethings telling me to atleast visit this site once and so I did.
While scrolling I have seen my old classmates and friends are online so I message them about what I have in mind for the time being. I want to spend time with them during quarantine.
"Hey. Jass what you doing this coming saturday? " I typed and sent it.
I was waiting for her answer but seconds later she was out in messenger already and so I just wait for a minute thinking she was just having problems with internet connection. You know Philippines was poor with internet connection. So I continue scrolling on my messenger, looking for some friends I could invite to out with. Then a message popped up and I only got a little bit of glimpse of it and it says.
"No..." the first message
"Why do you have..." and the second one.
So I decided to open it but then suddenly my phone went wrong. It's not responding so I randomly tapped the screen of my phone. Huh.! Having an old phone really sucks. Maybe I should buy a new one. Then after years of tapping finally it works again so I immediately typed my message.
" Yes, I would like to hangout with you, if thats ok? " I typed and again sent it.
She was so slow to reply on my messages so I decided to scroll again. Wondering if someone close to me can do me a favor and hangout with me. Because for all you know this saturday is my birthday and they seemed to forgot about it well maybe they don't know my birthdate thats why.
Then suddenly a message popped out. It says.
" You know me? I mean I... "
Curious to what she replied so I tapped the message. And it says.
"You know me? I mean I don't know who you are?" that was exactly what the message was then I was so surprise to discovered that I was wrong. I send it to the wrong person. What's worst was I sent it to my ultimate crush.
Oh goodness. This is so embarrassing.
What would he think of me. A desparate person or a stalker and all? Well I was stalking him for years now, visiting his timeline and looking at his uploaded pictures.
You've to ge kidding Lena of all people why him? Oh god.
" Sorry for the misunderstanding, it was a wrong send. Sorry. " I typed right away and out in the message.
I was still scrolling and waiting for Jass's reply when another message popped out. Without another glance I openned it immediately.
It was him.
"It's okay. " was the first message he sent.
While I was reading it there was another message he sent to me.
"When would you like to hangout with me?" was his message.
Oh my god. YES! YES! YES! He finally notice me. He wants to meet me.
THIS IS THE BEST BIRTHDAY GIFT I WILL EVER HAD!
" Umm. Are you sure about it? I mean we are a complete strager" I typed and sent it.
I might be stalking him but I don't know him literary. I mean I only knew him by name because of my friend who have a cousin and 'His' classmate.
Well yes. My friends knew about my unrequited love. And they support me with my secret feelings for the boy who never knew I existed.
But sooner or later he will get to know me.
We will get to know each other.
" Yes. I think I've seen you once or twice. I might know you if I got to see your face."
"I mean maybe I could recognise your face but definitely not your name." he said.
Then I typed my reply.
"Okay then. Let's meet on the fourth day of August." he have seen it already. Then,
When I read it, it was like I was bossing him around. So I typed another message. He was also typing.
"I mean, if you won't mind let's meet that day" I typed with an emoji of a shy emoticon.
"Yeah, It's fine with me" he replied.
"Ty" I typed and send it.
"Your Wc. See you then. It's nice chatting with you. Goodnight. " he said with a smiling emoticon.
" It's nice chatting with you too. Night. " I typed then send it and live our convo.
I was about to sign off in messenger to sleep when a message popped up. So I opened it immediately.
"sweet dreams" that's what the message is.
And I feel it. My heart beating so fast. Thanks god for the love and all. You gave him to me as a gift thank you.
Because of my old phone I've got to chat with my crush.
And to top it all, we will meet. He is willing to meet me and know each other.
