Michael died because of Ennard. Ennard wanted a skin suit since he was jealous of the other animatronics being more prettier than him. So then Ennard scooped Michael's internal organs.
Chris died on his 9th birthday. Michael carried Chris into the animatronic Fredbear. That's when Fredbear bit Chris's frontal lobe.
Elizabeth didn't listen to her dad. Her dad William Afton told Elizabeth not to go near the animatronic Circus Baby but Elizabeth went to Circus Baby anyways and that's when she tried taking Circus Baby's ice cream and died.
Clara died by a car crash.
William died by trying to hide from the 5 kids William killed. Then William died because the place William was hiding in was the Spring Bonnie suit and then William got spring locked.
