Okay. Welcome to the writers arena. Each week or two, a set of 10 writers, well-known and not will be dueling it out for the chance to win a prize (dont know what that will be yet). This is how the game works. Every week, a new challenge will be posted in this book. You will be given a set amount of time to either pick and tweak a short story, or write your own. Then you will post it in a special book on your page entitled "The Writer Arena Entries." Here you will be judged by three judges: me, Reagen Clark, and two others who will be special guests depending on the genre. At the end of each deadline, you will be critiqued by not only the judges but the readers as well. Their feelings will take a part of our decision. At the end of the judging, it will be posted who is the winner (who gets an advantage going into the next round) and the elimated person. The elimated person will be asked to pack their pencils, and leave the arena.

Who's ready to get started?!?!

Since we don't yiur work that well, the first challenge will be your free chance to show us who you are as a writer. You may pick any genre to write about. It must be at least 1000 words and must be appropriate for viewers. Make sure its your best. you will have one week. And your time starts now. (Deadline, January 17)
