~(Y/N)'s P.O.V~

I smile at my best friend, Osana as she keeps blabbering on about Taro. We've all been best friends since childhood and as it seems, Taro's late again. As Osana and I have already arrived at school, guess who hasn't? "I just want to make him happy, but I just get so...Frustrated, I don't know what to do." I smile at her again. "Just tell him how you feel, I know it's harder than it seems. But hey, if he rejects you, it's his loss." She sighs and giggles slightly. "I guess your right, I'll tell him this Friday!" I look at her determined adorable face. It practically kills me that she likes Taro, He's like. The male version of the heater of the school. EVERYONE likes him. But if Taro makes her happy, then I'll manage. But it still hurts... I get snapped out of my thoughts as Taro finally makes his way over to us. "Took ya long enough, dummy." Osana remarks as Taro rubs the back of his head sheepishly. "Well I slept in." I chuckle. "You always say that. I swear, one day your gonna get us late to class. It's already 8." He sighs "Well you guys don't have to wait for me." "Well what else do you expect? We're friends after all, we're not just gonna leave you hanging." I say, smiling widely and he smiles back. "Let's hurry up and get to class before we're late!" Osana yells impatiently, it's insane how different she is around Taro. "Yeah, c'mon." I say, dragging both of them to class.

The rest of the week went by almost exactly like that, nothing ever changing. That is until Friday when she confesses to him. As Friday grows closer, and closer, my anxiety just grows higher. I take a deep breath getting out of bed. "Just one more day." I tell myself, sighing heavily. I pick up my phone off of my nightstand and text Osana "I'll be at your house in 10." As I do every morning when I wake up. I yawn and stretch my muscles, getting changed into my uniform. I go into my bathroom and brush my teeth, after that, I put on some light makeup. (or not, your choice)
I leave the bathroom, grab my bag, and make my way to Osana's house and knock on her door.

She answered with a small smile on her face. "Morning (Y/N)." She waves and I wave back, smiling. She always manages to make my day.
We walk to school already knowing Taro's going to be late. As we get to school, we hang out by our usual tree as Taro somehow manages to make it at least a bit earlier than usual. The day goes on as planned, just usual stuff. Nothing too interesting. And so on the day ends and Friday arrives. We walk to school as usual, Taro couldn't be later than ever. Class went by, lunch went by, the clubs went by. Finally, the end of the day came and Osana asked Him to meet her by the sakura tree.
(some random Danganronpa fan reading this: O g a m i. I'm sorry, I have a mild obsession with Danganronpa. Ok back to the story.)
I watched from not so far as Osana came from behind the tree blushing madly as she spoke to him. I hear rustling in a bush next to me. I turn and see one of the students, Aishi, I think her name was. I raise an eyebrow at her. "What're you doing?" She looks up at me "Well I'm uhh.." She seems to fail at finding an excuse. I sigh. "I'm guessing your watching that play out, unless you just hide in bushes." I say, pointing to the sakura tree as she nods slightly. I turn my attention back to them and Osana runs past me in tears, I glance at Aishi, then Taro before running after her. "Osana wait!-" I'm unable to finish as she runs to the restrooms. I walk into her sobbing, sitting on the floor with her head up to her knees. I sit next to her, wrapping an arm around her. "I take it things didn't go to well?" She wipes her tears and shakes her head.

"I- I ruined everything. I just k-know it!"  I look at her, feeling bad for her. "Hey, I bet you in like 10 minutes he'll come over to you saying something like 'oh I hope we can still be friends.' Boys just aren't worth it, you shouldn't have to go through so much pain because of him." She looks at me as a few more tears fall from her delicate face, I wipe them off. "Wanna stay at my place for tonight?" She nods and sniffles, hugging me tightly. This caught me by surprise, I slowly hugged her back. "T-Thank you..." I smile to myself and pull away. "Things will be okay, let's go." She nods again and stands up.

As we arrive at my house, I head straight to my room to sit on the bed. Osana sitting next to me, she's calmed down slightly more. I'd confess to her, but she's hurt. I don't know how's she react, all I know is it'd be worse if I told her now. I smile at her and she smiles slightly. Unsure of what to do, I turn my tv on to a random channel to break the awkward silence. She lays down and closes her eyes, beginning to drift off into sleep. I glance at her with a warm smile. "Need a change of clothes?" She opens her eyes nods.

I look through my drawers and give her an (F/C) hoodie and and old pair of red, polka-dotted shorts that she let me borrow not to long ago.
I grab myself an extra change of clothes and change in the bathroom, while she is changing. I get out of the bathroom to her fast asleep on my bed, wearing the hoodie and shorts. I smile and grab her uniform to wash with mine. While the clothes are washing, I turn off the lights and tv to lay down next to her, watching her peacefully sleep. Sounds kinda creepy but I just can't help it. I feel myself start to drift off, though its 5:28 P.M.
I caress her face gently and smile to myself, falling asleep.
