This is an AU that takes place AFTER the events of FF8. Rinoa and Squall are NOT together, rather, they are just friends. This is also an XReader. I hope you all enjoy!!<<

"G'aah..! That really HURT!!!" Y/N yelled as her arm was twisted lightly behind her back.
"I apologize, darling. I only meant to go lightly on you." Squall said as he let go of his girlfriend, Y/N L/N.
"PSYCH!!" Y/N said as she came up behind him and did the same thing.
Squall grunted as he fell forward.
"You really get me every time.."
"I know, Leon. Im just.. Amazing, dont you think?"
He laughed as he quietly responded to her.
"No.. I think you're amazingly beautiful.."
They both smiled as they shared a small kiss, before having to separate due to three prying eyes.
"I GOT IT, I GOT IT!!"
"WHAT??!! Damn, I owe Irvine and Zell Gil.."
"I KNEW IT!! SELPHIE, PAY UP!!"
Y/N and Squall both sighed as they got up.
Then..
SMACK.
It was a snowball.
"Rin'? You throw that at Y/N..?" Squall asked.
It was a bit until they heard a girl yell, "Yep!"
Y/N turned around, her hands behind her back as she walked towards Rinoa.
"I apologize, Y/N..! I thought you were someone else..! Ack!" Rinoa managed to say..
..Before her face came into contact with a snowball.
"Hahaha!! You know.. This is fun.." Y/N said to her, tossing and catching a snowball in one hand.
Rinoa wiped the snow off her face as she molded a new one.
Then.. Both ladies threw the snowballs they had at Squall.
"What the hell did I do this time..?!"
"You just stood there." Both women pointed out as a matter-of-fact.
Squall made a snowball as the two other females did as well..
They then quickly threw the snowballs at the three bystanders with accuracy.
"HEY!!" Zell exclaimed.
"Ack!! Too cold for me!" Selphie screamed as some snow got into her uniform.
"Right back at ya'!" Yelled Irvine as he chucked a snowball at the three.

The six friends all had fun out in the snow as they had a mini snowball fight.
It was a nice way to spend quality time with your friends.
