YES THIS IS A CHAPTER

-Stiles

I watched as Derek definitely overplayed giving Liam the bite, he then sat next to isaacs leg on the floor. Liam put his hand on where the bite was, on his neck.

"I expected it to hurt more.." Liam said before sitting between me and Derek, in front of Scott's legs.

"He took your pain" Lydia said, looking away from Jackson in what seems like the first time in years.

"Am I going to be able to do that?" Liam beamed, looking at Derek.

Derek smiled and nodded in response.

"That's odd." Scott smiled but furrowed his eyebrows.

"What's odd?" I looked up at Scott.

"Derek smiled, genuinely." Scott chuckled and Derek huffed.

"Yeah I guess you're right. Maybe he wants to make a good impression on Liam." I replied. I can't say I'm not the least bit jealous, but I think I have the right to be.

"So Liam, are you coming to the lacrosse tournament?" Boyd asked.

"Uh yeah, I-if I'm allowed." Liam said playing with his hands

"Allowed?" Derek poked in

"Well I heard when wolves first get bitten they go all crazy and lose control, I wouldn't wanna do that on the field." Liam didn't look up from his hands.

"I'll be there to make sure everything goes to plan." Derek said, standing up and walking towards the door.

"Where are you going this time?" I stood up as well.

"Getting more beer." Derek said without looking at me, he did glare at Isaac though.

"I'm coming." I walked towards him.

"Aw the little puppy following it's owner around" Erica teased.

"If anything then I'm just taking my puppy for a walk." I rolled my eyes, Derek made a low growl.

"Oh sorry, I meant big dog. Not puppy." I mocked and patted him on the back before walking out the front door.

I walked to his car, Derek and Liam followed.

-Third Person POV

"Shot gun!" Liam yelled happily, before running to the front seat.

Derek gave a little chuckle at Liams childishness. Stiles sighed annoyed. Derek got in the drivers seat, of course, and stiles got in the back.

"Do you drink, Liam?" Derek had a small smirk on his face, not in a sexual way, or a sarcastic way, but just because he was happy.

"N-no not really..?" Liam answered awkwardly.

"That's alright, you'll probably start once you get to know the pack a bit more, though. They're stressful."
Derek joked

Stiles sighed quietly.

"I can't wait to get to know everyone, I mean, I know stiles, and Boyd, and Isaac, and Ethan, and Scott a little. Plus I've seen Allison, Lydia, and Erica around the school. But I don't really know anyone well." Liam stated.

"Don't worry about it, you'll fit in just fine." Derek encouraged.

"Can you turn the radio on?" Stiles budded in, clearly annoyed at Derek and Liam for talking so much.

Derek sighed and turned the radio on, some random song started playing.

Liam quietly sung along, Derek smiled happily at him.

It was cute, Liam was cute, Derek thought that too. Liam easily got Derek to smile, which was difficult for most people. Stiles was very jealous at how easy it was for Liam.

They pulled into the Walmart parking lot and started to walk to Walmart

"So, do you and the rest of the pack you know get along?" Derek walked next to Liam, Stiles trailed behind them.

"Uh- sorta. I mean I don't know any of them well, I heard Theo and stiles were friends so I talk to him a bit more then the others."

Derek nodded and listened closely, hanging on to every word, Liam was so interesting and mesmerizing to Derek.

"We don't." Stiles mumbled so quietly Liam definitely didn't hear him, since Liam hadn't turned yet.

Derek could hear though, he turned to stiles.

"Oh?" Derek turned his head to the side, "how so?" He asked a bit sarcastically.

"Oh, I forgot you could hear when I mumbled. Dumb werewolf hearing."

Derek nudged Stiles "you can't just say that out loud!"

"Shut up." Stiles rolled his eyes, obviously stiles was in a bad mood.

They walked into Walmart and went straight to the beer, getting four cases of bud light.

____________________________Time Skip___________________________

-Liam POV

I sung along to the radio quietly as Derek drove us back to his house, I sat in the back this time.
Stiles seemed more upset then usual, I hope he's alright.

"Are you okay?" I said looking at him, he was leaning against the car window.

"Hm? Me? No." He said, rolling his eyes.

"What's wrong?" Derek said, now looking at him and then back at the road.

Stiles just rolled his eyes in response and went back to resting his head on the window.

Well that was odd, I could feel some serious tension between them, it felt awkward.
"Sorry if i interrupted something by tagging along on this store trip, I just wanted to get to know you both and maybe bond or something, yknow?" I smiled a little, trying not to come off as rude.

"No, no. You didn't interrupt anything, Stiles is just being a baby." Derek glared at Stiles.

It was silent for a few seconds "take me home." Stiles said, clearly upset.

"What?" Derek replied, a little surprised.

"I don't want to be here. Take me home." The car fell silent.

We sat in uncomfortable awkward silence for a little, before we arrived at stiles place.
Without a goodbye, Stiles got out and went inside.

I expected Derek to say something, or pull out of the driveway and start heading back to his place, but he didn't.

We sat in the driveway for a bit, before Derek finally broke the silence "I should apologize." He stated still sitting there.

I was beyond confused at this moment, something must've been up with Derek and Stiles.
Derek got out of the car "I'll be right back, wait here."

I assumed Derek would knock on the door, but he didn't, he climbed up to a window, now I was even more confused.

This may or may not just be a filler chapter also it may or may not be cannon. I might delete this chapter and completely take this story down a different route, I'm just trying to get my passion for writing back, also this story is garbage and i cannot believe people like it. Please give me advice, should I completely trash this chapter or should i keep it? I can't figure out how i want this story to go. Also i love all the comments yall are leaving, even the hate ones are funny tbh.
