Breaking Point (Jacob Black)

Chapter 1

*flash back to years 7 ago 10 years old* (IMPORTANT:if you look in the last chapter I changed it that she had met the guys at 9 years of age :D so you guys won't get confused in this flashback)

The snow was crunching underneath my boots as I pulled my jacket tighter around my self. It was November 22nd in Washington. Winter had come late again so we had a medium amount of snow this month. It had just started to snow again. when I heard him. "BAY!" I hear. my heart rate picks up and my mood is lightens just a bit. Just by the sound of his voice. I knew that voice anywhere."Bay. Wait. Up." he said taking in gulps of air "Yes Jakey." I smile and turn around.

"Don't call me that." he grumbles and fiddles with something in his hand. "Oh you know you love me." I giggle and pinch his cheeks. "anyways what do you have in your hand."

"Oh um-this it's um it's for you." he holds out his hand downward and drops a roughly craved wooden wolf bracelet in my hand.

"I made it my self. My dad is teaching me." he smiled clearly proud of his work but this it faltered just a bit. "It's my first time I know it's not very good and you don't have to take it if you don't w-" I cut him off

"I love it jake don't worry and you made this it's amazing. thank you." I smiled then hugged him and ogled the handcrafted bracelet. Then I noticed a second one in his had.

"Who the second one for?"

"Oh it's for me I thought it could be our special thing you know. Like friendship bracelets just cooler and better." he smiled. to which I couldn't help but extend my smile a little more.

"That's awesome Jake." I struggle to make a knot on the darn thing though.

"Here let me." jake said and took to bracelet and made the knot. Not to tight. But not to loose either.

"As of this day of November 22nd I Jacob Ephraim Black promise you Bay De La Rio Blanco Hunter Rose dang you have a long name anyways that I won't let you fall... Ever and That we are going to be best friends till the end of time no matter what." I looked in his eyes for the time short time I've know him, it was the most serious look I've seen him give me. "promise." He said. I looked into straight into his eyes and knew that he didn't didn't even need to tell me.

Promise." I smiled. I thought we were done with the conversation but he did something that made my day. He pulled me into a hug. Not a side hug or a friendly everyday hug. This one felt different. I don't know why but it did.

When he hugged me it was a strong firm but gentle and loving hug it felt like home.... I breathed in his scent. which was a mix of a woodsy and mint.

"WOOOO JACOB!!!"

We sprang apart from our hug only to see the rest of the guys and girl and by guy and girls I meant. Paul Lahote, Embry Call, Jared Cameron, Sam Uley, Quil Atera, Leah Clearwater, and Kim (what's Kims last name you guys).

"Wouldn't you agree Jared." Quil smirked and Jared who smirked back.

"Yes I do agree Quil. I DONT KNOW WHY HE JUST DOESNT ASK HER OUT ALREADY." He yelled out to us purposely. I felt my self heat up at the comment and next thing I knew I was staring at the ground blushing. hoping that the cold wether had already made my face red so no one would know I was blushing.

I looked at Jacob from my corner of my eye to see the slightest tint or red staining his russet skin.

"Shut up Quil." we said at the same time.

Jared laughed at Quil pointing a finger at him. "haha Quil they told you to shut up."

"Shut up Jared." I smirked at him as Jacob pushed him in a playful manner.
