2.Unexpected surprises

Clarke's POV
Sigh.
"Okay.Look,i think we got off on the wrong foot.So how about we call a truce?"I said putting my hand out.
"Fine"She said shaking my hand.
"I'm Maya.Maya Smith.Nice to meet you"She continued
"I'm Clarke.Clarke Davis.Likewise."I replied
We finally settled down and unpacked our things.
After one hour and a half our things were tidied up.
"I'm starving,i'm going down to the cafeteria.Emily,wanna come?Or Maya?"I said
"Yeah i'll come"Emily replied
We went into the cafeteria.
This place is noisy as hell.
There were dozens of people in there
My poor head already hurts from all the noise-
Come on.Let's go get something to eat and get out of here.
Couldn't agree more.
"Agreed."I said
We took our food and as we were walking to go back to our dorm I bumped into a hard chest.
I waited for the impact with the floor but it never came.
My eyes were closed and when i opened them the first thing i saw was a brown eyed boy,all too familiar.
His arms were around my waist and my hands were on his chest
You've got to be kidding me!What else can go wrong today?!
All i got in return was a chuckle.
Idiot.
"Did you just call me an idiot?"He asked
Oops.Did i say that out loud?
"Yes you did."He said
"What the hell are you doing here?"I asked still recovering from the shock
"I go to college here"He replies
"Oh"I said
"Oh?Come on aren't you happy to see me?"He asked in a teasing tone

"No.Not even close."I said
"Ouch.That hurt right here princess"He said putting his hand on his chest where his heart was accidentally touching my hand that was still there.
That's when i realized the position and i quickly pulled away
His hands were still around my waist.
"You can let me go now.I'm fine.Um-Thanks for you know."I stuttered
Why the hell am i stuttering?Calm down woman
He cleared his throat pulling away from me.
"You're welcome.I'll see you around princess"He smiled at me
"See you around"I said
I turned around looking at emily who was looking at me confused.
"I'll explain later..It's a complicated story."I sighed
"Okay"She replied
We went back to our dorm.
I took my earphones out and put on some music.
Knock knock.
"Maya,Emily?The door!"I yelled
"What???"They both said from the other room
"Nothing i'll get it."I shouted back
I opened the door and my jaw literally dropped on the floor.
"SURPRISE!!"The voice said
I squealed.
"Octavia?WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!?"I said smiling
Well i might have lied to you..i was trying to surprise you
"Hello my new roommate!"She said
I hugged her tightly.
I mean i already bumped into your brother today but I seriously wasn't expecting to see you here i'm so-
I got cut off
I saw a glint in her eyes

"Soo did anything happen between you two?"
"Besides me crushing onto him and almost getting hit on the head..Nope nothing"I said
"Oh come on.You have got to give me something"She whined
"Something"I replied
"What?"She asked confused
"You said give me "something" well..."
"You know what i mean!"She complained
"Sorry i got nothing"I said smiling sweetly at her.
She came in and i closed the door behind her
Knock knock
I groaned
"Who is it this time?"I muttered
I opened the door
"Oh it's you again."I said
"Oh come on aren't you excited to see me again.Two in a row.It seems like i can't stay away from you.

He continued
Is my sister here?I want to talk to her"He replied
"O it's your brother."I shouted
"Hey Bell.What do you want?"She asked him
Mom told me to tell you to call her.She said "I called her five times and she didn't answer tell her to call me"He said in one breath.
I blinked.
"Oh okay.I'll call her.Goodnight big brother"She said and hugged him
"Night O.Goodnight princess"He smirked at me.
He smiles and smirks a lot.
Focus Clarke!Don't make yourself look like an idiot with your staring.
"You know you can take a picture.It last longer.Now if you're done drooling i need to go.Bye."
He smiled at us and closed the door

"Yeah there's DEFINITELY something there"Octavia said grinning
