Broken Frame

Taehyung knew he'd be dying soon after Jimin. But he didn't think it would be this soon.

He was going through all the pictures of their happy little family a small smile on his face when Beomgyu knocked at the door.

"Papa?"

"Oh! Yes gyu come in." Taehyung said with a big boxy smile. He didn't know if he could wake up tomorrow he felt so weak.

"I know you wanted to spend your time with me.. But I tried really hard to do something for you. It's finally here and I want you to be there for the rest of the night.

It's my last gift for you." Beomgyu said scratching his neck awkwardly.

Taehyung gave him a assuring nod before getting up sticking his hand out like a royal maiden.

"Lead the way gentleman." Both of them giggled before Beomgyu took his fathers hand leading him to the garden. Not before tying a blindfold on his eyes tho.

"I wanted you to spend your last moments with your lover.

Remember, I love you papa, more than anything."

"I love you too, my little pup." Taehyung felt Beomgyus warm lips press against his forehead before he was gone.

A soft music filled his ears and Taehyung took his blindfold off only to see Jungkook kneeling in front of him.

"Would you like a dance m'lady?" Taehyung made an offended noise but took the others hand anyways.

"It's been a while Jungkook." Taehyung smiled.

"It surely has." Jungkook smiled.

When Beomgyu told Jungkook about Tae he knew the time to wallow himself in self pity was gone. He didn't waste his time to say sorrys for the every other thing he did.

He'd make their last moment memorable.

They kept dancing on the soft music for hours enjoying each others presence and even if neither of them wanted it to end they knew the time was shortening with every passing second.

Taehyung was feeling weaker till he just couldn't bring himself to move anymore.

For the first time in his eternal life he felt so sleepy he lets Jungkook hold him.

"I'm sorry my love.

I love you." Taehyung gives him a tired smile.

"I love you too Jungkook-ah." And Jungkook presses their lips together for one last time before he feels the other go limp in his arms.
