Hi lala here. yo its been a while lah for not to be 'not so really advisor' haha lmao ok straight to the point, this girl (she told me to rhsia kn identiti nya hm)ada tnya wht to do, to fight against depression? n why nowadays kid like to feel tht drg atu depressed?. like ok the sec ques is kind of soalan beyond of my knowledge lah ah (thts why ku tnya in ma previous stts). So for me to hndle this kind of situation ah, its depend to ur self capabilities. if kmu feel tht u can hndle tht feeling insyaallah u can go through it, get rid of being alone, feel unwanted or any thought of negativity yg sllu ada dlm fkiran kmu replace it with positivity and happiness. How? call/chat with friends,play game,liat funny video (i'll recommend 2 u wtch cute animal compilation. it might could be helpful)any any cara tht could make u feel more better  BUKN tht make it more worst like huh if this way nda dpt mmbantu jua or urself tu mmng NDA dpt cntrol those dprssd kira mcm worse tya ur dprssd tu so u must see the therapist. if u nda mau jua, OK then find someone, skurang2 seorang yg fhm kn kmu yg bg kmu ok utk kamu luahkan smua ksdihan n struggle kmu. instead of u pendam smua atu, u need to release em. free em. liberate em. insyaallah ni blih make u feel more relieve after kmu luahkn smua. so try ur best to keep urself entertained n dont let sadness atu cntrol u as long as u see the sun shine u'll hve chance too to shine as sun. Matahari pun berseorangan tetapi masih tetap bersinar. 😊
