Leo

After walking around in the rain for a while, I ended up near the local train station, thinking it would be better to have some sort of cover than roaming around aimlessly in the rain, I made my way towards the mostly abandoned train station.

After entering the station through a broken fence I knew about as I would often come here with my friends to drink during my college days, I looked around a bit and found a bench that I could get cosy on - at least as cosy as one can be wearing soaked joggers, a hoodie and a baseball cap and so many bruises that you could barely tell who I was- and began to nod off.

Just as I was about to fall asleep, I heard a sound as if somebody dropped a polythene bag full of stuff, I wasn't too alarmed as many people in our town used this train station as a short cut to get to and from the local shopping district.

But then I heard rapid thumps of someone running towards me, fearing that it was one of my brothers coming to finish the job my father began - as they have done many times in the past-, to kill me to get the blight off the family name.

I tried to stand up and run but my already agonized legs refused to move, causing me to trip and fall over. Not knowing what to do, I curled up in a fetal position waiting for the punches and kicks to come, but they never came in their place an oddly familiar but extremely concerned voice rained questions at me, "Gale is that you? What happened to you? You are bleeding!" Saying this he helped me up and sat me down on the bench.

Finally getting my bearings, I opened my eyes to look at the one who was helping me. It was Leo, the oddball of our group, not the joker - that title would always be for Zack - but the extremely intelligent nerd who knew next to nothing about social interactions.

As for appearances, he was a 5'11" tone friendly guy with soft brown hair and black eyes.

Before I came along he was the loner of our class but overtime he warmed up to me and then our group of oddballs.
Seeing him there I couldn't help but start sobbing in relief.
