I don't think I ever posted a chapter like this in my old book so I'll go ahead and do it here.
Forms
Alien: Not much to say about this but I was fast and agile and lived primatively compared to humans.
'Angel': Not exactly an angel, the human word I recall was Slayer. Basically, I got put in limbo and was given a choice. Either I would hunt down the demons who liked wrecking havoc on humanity and making things hard for angels and humans or I could stay in limbo for eternity. My wings were grey because I was an angel-demon-thing.
Bee Hominid: Not sure what else to call this but in one of my lives I was experimented on and gained this form, though I'm pretty sure the guy didn't e to actually turn me into a human-sized bee. Thankfully using the stinger didn't kill me, so maybe I was actually a wasp, but it did cause me to faint and revert back to human form a few moments after. I was also the 'queen' of the hive since there were others in the experiment but I was oldest and changed first. I've also noticed that a lot of bees like to just follow me around and land on me and whatnot.
Cat: This is just one of the forms that effects my system physically (I can barely drink milk and it doesn't taste that good so I almost never use it unless I'm cooking). I have phantom shifts a lot and I inadvertently react like a cat a lot. For instance, if SnowFox is giving me a massage or a scalp scratch and he hits a spot that hurts for one reason or another, I'll bite his hand, but not very hard, and it's an instant reaction, no thinking. I also like to stare at moving things and also try to catch them or just bat at them. I'm generally a Neko but my domestic form is a Norwegian Forest Cat and my wild form is a tiger.
Cervitaur: Basically a deer-centaur. I think I only had one life like this.
Cow: Yeah, a cow. A humanoid one. Not the only one either. I think what I disliked about this life was working at a strip club because apparently that's all my species was good for accirding to humans.
Dog: I can't control this form, at all. It's technically my chaos form and it surfaces when I'm angry with to not care about who gets in m way ah I can protect family and whatnot. I'm not a what else triggers it though. It's a big black canine, libs like a retriever-lab-wolf mix or something and when it takes over I I physically cannot speak unless I manage to focus when to take over a bit, others I literally just growl and stuff. I wish I could control this form but it's part of my higher self, my highest self, my original self, and I don't y have the proper experience or knowledge like my highest self does.
Deity: Apparently I've been a deity a few times and my higher self splits in those lives are still there last I checked.
Dinosaur: Despite the fact that everything else on this list is somewhat Mythical, I'm pretty sure this was one of my weirder lives. I went to a boarding school where one of your assignments was to raise a dinosaur egg and apparently the headmistress was allowed to experiment on students apparently. Part of me wonders if the school was run by some government branch or I up with just 'let's experiment on kids'.
Dragon: I have a water dragon soul. She's both me and not. The half form looks like a mermaid. Also, I might have been a fire dragon in one life but if I was that one isn't a separate soul.
Elf: I was an elf princess on the run from something. I was good a magick and weaponry, wielding a sword, a bow and daggers.
'Energy': In one of my lives I was some kind of energy entity trying to blend in and pretend I was human.
Fairfolk: Fairies, leprechauns and elemental fae. I was the Queen of it. The fairfolk of I remember right were the precursor to the Summer/Winter Fae and another group.
Horse: I had at least one line e I was a full horse but my soul in that life was split between a few others in my herd which I didn't realize until I actually looked at my memories.
Kitsune: I don't remember the main life that this form is from but I do know i also get it from my original deity mum.
Mermaid: If I remember right, I had 5 lives as a mermaid, each I different kind. One of them was what I called a 'lava mermaid'. I think I because of the lives that I swim as well as I can and I used to be able to hold my breath for a good few minutes or so, haven't timed it recently though.
Mouse: I had one life as a mouse. Not much to talk about besides the fact that it was like a Neko but mouse ears and tail, I had a great husband and we had kids n one of the was stolen but we got him back.
Plantae Sapien: In this life, I engineered a new species using myself and a friend as initial test subjects. My original plan was to try and solve a few world issues but then i had second thoughts. After I settled down with a family though, bee got find out a I had to register the species.
Siren: Not a bird-type or fish-type siren. Mother Ideas reached me from a ship her other sirens had caused to wreck and made me one as well. After I found a person to love and became sick because I needed to hear him again, she removed her gift and memories of my siren time but left her gift in a jar with me so I'd still have her close. I don't sing nearly as well as i used to but it seems like my voice still works to a degree.
Snake: I had a lamia life and at least four naga lives (one of which was me possessed by a snake demon after a bad decision on my part). These lives and Loki are why I like snakes and if one started crawling on me I might be surprised but I don't think I'd freak out unless there was good reason to.
Spider Demon: Basically a spider centaur. It's not my only life associated with spiders but it is the one I was most like a spider. In this life I was the Queen. I've also noticed that spiders like to crawl on me and I honestly don't give a fuck what others think. When I'm on my walks, I literally greet every spider I see and e allegiance to kill one I physically cannot do so, I've tried once for my grandmother and I just can't do it.
Vampire: I have a few of these as well, one of which was just a halfling (very rare but depending on the vampire subclass or the world/dimension they're from, vampires can have children but it's tricky). Some days I'll be hungry and not consider anything to be appealing and if I or another hurt ourselves in a way that draws blood I'll just stare at the injury until I regain full control mentally but if it's my blood I'll just start sucking on it.
Abilities/Powers
Atmokinesis: Weather control. More emotion based for me it seems.
Electrokinesis: Sometimes my electronics will loose Chatterjee slower or faster than they should.
Elemental Manipulation: Little better than I used to be.
Magick: I'm still working on it but I've been able to do a few spells for various people including myself that have been very useful.
Technopathy: Manipulation of technology. Works fairly well. When I 'reassure' a piece of tech it'll go from working just enough to working fairly well. In addition, the Bluetooth radio in my car, when I get calls and think about answering it'll answer.
Telekinesis: It's not very good and I'm trying to run it but I can move things a bit with my mind just not easily and sometimes when I get spooked or angry or such random things will fall over or whatnot.
Telepathy: Once again, I'm not that great at it but I've been able to read minds fairly well but I do have a issue with transmitting.
